very happy with our order and customer service was great!

My order was delivered promptly and the product was great. It really looked professional and worked for our purposes.

I liked this company and they had good customer service. I am very pleased with the final product for my flash drives.

USB Flash drive was as the title says, quick and easy to work with. I emailed them for a quote, they sent it back and then I sent our logo and colors. They matched things up and suggested other options (one of which we went with).

I plan to use them again on our next order.

Superb response time from their sales team prior, during and after the sales. The drives arrived a few days prior to the committed delivery date. Will continue to purchase drives without hesitation.

No complaints, happy with the ordering process and product turned out as expected.

Worked with Shelley on getting an incredibly short-turn project through and she was wonderful! We managed to get 5k drives created (with pre-loaded files) and delivered in under a week thanks to Shelley and her team. Will definitely reach out to usb-flashdrive.com in the future. Thank you!

I ordered logoed flash drives for our business. Very easy purchase from start to finish.

Had a good experience ordering flash drives for a company trade show and my rep was very responsive and patient with all the questions I had. I wish the pricing were more transparent on the website, as well as the production timeline for various perks (e.g., getting data pre-loaded is included in the cost but my timeline was too short to take advantage of that). However, the logo printing was good and the flash drives arrived a day or two ahead of schedule. Very happy with the end result.

We are VERY happy with our product and very good customer service overall. We had problems with the payment process. Hopefully that will not be an issue in the future.

I've ordered from USBFlashdrive for a few years and have always had very fast service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Price and customer service were excellant

This is our second time ordering from USB-Flashdrive.com and another great experience. They are quick to communicate and work with you, fast production and shipping, and the product is excellent. We have received several positive comments from our students in regards to the flash drives. When we are in need again, I will be sure to use this company again. Thanks to Laura Seymour for working with us!

I've placed an order 6-8 times over the past ten years and it has always been an positive experience. Easy to work with and orders always arrive on time and in good quality. I recommend this company highly.

Laura was the greatest! From creating the proof to guaranteeing shipping! We are so happy with the final product and customer service along the way.

Easy company to work with -- and they offered the best price.

I love the order of personalized flash drives.. They are fantastic and the customer service was excellent!

The flash drives arrived on time and looked exactly like the proof that was sent prior to manufacturing.

We were ordering 600 USB flash drives for our associates at work. It was a last minute order and they did a great job with getting the art work on the flash drives and getting them to us before Christmas

Have had very little trouble ordering and getting quality products; very few bad drives (fewer than five) have come to us out of several thousand ordered. Did have a problem once with a bad data load that caused havoc on my end. Moral of the story is order items early enough that you can test the product to ensure any loaded data hasn't been corrupted.
