Horrible service

Horrible service, they destroy a table and now I am left to the consequences of repair it. Compensation is 1/6 of the cost of the table.

Urban clqp insta help is a scam

The recent insta help which urban company providing nowadays is a total scam. UC is charging high price like 1 hour help for 250+ Rs is a total fraud they are doing with the customers. The insta workers are not good at work with negative attitude also there are reports they steal money from houses while doing household work like mopping or dusting. Be careful while using instahelp from UC.

Urban Company is just a trap to…

Urban Company is just a trap to customers. As non qualified, unskilled & low grade workers giving substandard services and extracting higher amount. Indian legal judiciary should ban such illegal company to safeguard customers. No customer support number & email ID. They use filthy and unprofessional languages.

Urban Company द्वारा धोखाधड़ी — इन पर आंख बंद करके भरोसा न करें।

अगर आप यह सोचकर Urban Company की सेवा लेते हैं कि आपका काम प्रोफेशनल तरीके से होगा, तो हो सकता है कि आप अपने ही उपकरण खराब करवा बैठें। UC के ही एक सर्विसमैन ने बताया कि एक महीने पहले इसी Urban Company द्वारा की गई “प्रायोरिटी सर्विस” सही तरीके से नहीं की गई थी।

ग्राहकों को यह सच्चाई जानकर ही उनकी सेवाएं दोबारा लेने का निर्णय करना चाहिए। कृपया सावधान रहें और सोच-समझकर ही इन्हें हायर करें। Because they are only money making people do don't care about your hard earned money.

I had my two ACs service done is 28 April and after days when when I use it it was not cooling properly and when I booked another service from Urban company they say that previous service was not done properly and it would now need service plus gas refill and you need to for both again.

Who get their AC services in month. This is scam by UC so be aware of that because when you call there customer care they only say sorry in place of providing any solution and you will bear the cost of their paid in efficiency. If needed more details you can connect me on 9958368026

I have booked for 3AC servicing

I have booked for 3AC servicing. during the service vendar said that there in Gas leackege problem in one AC. he said if you refill gas by urban will charge Rs.3200, If I personal refill then charge Rs. 2000. finly he refiil in Rs 2000.
After 2Day Ac not colling. when i call him he not picking phone.

Worst service ever

Booked a bathroom cleaning service, but the worker refused to clean properly — he hesitated to remove hard water marks on tiles, which is the whole point of hiring a professional cleaner. Basic scrubbing with tile cleaner would have removed them easily, but he expected an already-clean bathroom to just rinse down.
To make it worse, there is no customer support call option — you're stuck chatting with telecallers who are equally unhelpful and unprofessional in their behavior.
Their payment policy is a trap — you must pay in advance, and if you cancel, they deduct service charges and take more than 7 days to refund the remaining amount.
This is not a professional cleaning service. They send workers who refuse to do the actual job, take your money upfront, and make it painful to get it back.
Do not fall into this trap. Save your money and hire a local professional instead.

Before serviving of split ac on 16th of April , the gas was sufficient, but after servicing there is just negligible gas.
Got it checked and came to know that gas has been taken out from outdoor unit
We started using it just two days back and found this cheating.

Insta help X no help

Why is it called insta help when nobody is available... Every day same status. Paid in advance and now everytime I have to wait for their free time as if my time is free always.
Always shows the slot for evening/afternoon or next day. When tried for advance booking a day before than also no slot is available. Means we have to suffer after paying. So , I found it of no use.

Horrible experience

We have been regularly paying for massage services for my mother, who has a medical condition and depends on these appointments. Despite this, the company suddenly changed the assigned professional without any prior notification, communication, or concern for the inconvenience caused.

The most upsetting part was the behavior of their customer support representative, Ashish. When I called today to explain the situation and ask for help, his response was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the issue or provide any support, he simply said, “Okay ma’am, we can’t do anything. We’ll give your refund back.”

There was absolutely no empathy, accountability, or professionalism in the conversation. It felt like the company genuinely did not care about the customer experience, even when the service involves someone elderly and medically sensitive.

People pay for these services expecting reliability, respect, and proper communication. Instead, we were treated like our concerns did not matter at all. Overall, this has been a waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

Fraud charges

I charged twice for same service. When I asked for refund they asked me to wait 5-7 days but still I did not get any refund and now customer care supporter said u can not claim refund because of expiry.. lts not fair Urban company. U deduct amount directly from my account twice and now do not refund me. Try to clear my refund or else i will go to consumer court for fraud charges against you.

Booked a full house deep clean for…

Booked a full house deep clean for today. The partners arrived, started work, moved furniture and belongings across the house and then, mid-service, I received a call from Urban Company saying the partner had to leave for a second booking.

This is not a minor inconvenience. My entire house was in disarray - furniture shifted, items displaced, cleaning half-done with no way to restore it ourselves. The partner leaving mid-job left us in a worse state than before the service began.

What followed was three hours of calls and chats with Urban Company's support team, with zero resolution. Calls were dropped or hung up. No callback. No new partner dispatched. No ETA. My family and I are still sitting in a messy, disrupted house as I write this.

Urban Company's cancellation policy protects them. Apparently nothing protects the customer once the service has started and your home has been taken apart.

This is a serious operational failure, not just poor service. If you're booking a full home clean, know that there is no guarantee they'll see it through, and no real support if they don't.

Respect to the offline buisness

Instahelp came to my place and called other person to enter the flat but security denied bcoz won't allow another help to come inside if already help is doing work at my place so give her a 1star raiting.. Again a booked slot Today 9th May so called the help but she refused to come bcoz gave 1 star to her then release same girl booked then I asked her to send another help but she told do it whatever you want to do don't care then msg to UC and tell them a hole story again new drama they said it's showing work done showing in our app but nobody came to my place..so checked my app it's showing she will be late..so no Idea about technology but according to me UC is responsible for everything ask them to refund the amount but the denied so point is big short company refuse to pay me 164rs and I'm a middle class family how can I leave my amount.. need help what to do

The worst company ever exploited…

The worst company ever exploited workers previously it was quite good now at this point brought a new process with AI assisted agent It is an utter failure since it is consuming lot of time since the technician need to update ampier meter reading also the amp meter is ulter bullshit with wrong readings and malfunction plus UC AI is so shit that it doesn't have proper solution for real problem ultimately a simple board fixing of an AC which took 20m was done ,Because of this shit AI update 2h.

I will recommend never to use Urban…

I will recommend never to use Urban Company for kitchen cleaning. They are making fools. They neither clean the kitchen properly nor they are able to remove any greasy stains. It's just a waste of money and time. Very very poor service.

Don’t recommend native RO purifier

I purchased native ro in September 2025 and after 4 months(January), I was smelling foul smell in the water. I called customer service and after arguing multiple times with the executive , I finally had a technician visit at my home. He opened pre-filled and it was too muddy. He cleaned the pre-filter and tank and filled it and emptied it and refilled it again.
Today is 2nd May which is again the 4th month after January. I called customer service and explained them what happened in just 4 months(January 2026) just after the purchase so I want you to schedule a technician visit to clean my pre-filter. She consistently saying that your machine is working fine and pre-filter is purifying the water so we will not arrange technician visit.
I argued her n no of times that I am not convinced what you are saying then she asked me to come on video call and asking me to clean the filter. I told her I don’t know how to do it. She said I will guide you. I told her I don’t want to do it. I need a technician visit and told him to give me a proper training so that I will not call you again for this issue in future. But she denied again.
She also asked me to show the proof to her that pre-filter is clogged. I told her I don’t know how to open it so I can’t show you. I constantly asked her to send a technician and then she can again do a video call and see how much pre-filter can be muddy. I also told her again that arrange a technician visit and told him to train me but she consistently denying and arguing that machine is fine.
First of all where it is written while selling the product that if customer is not happy or not satisfied with your product, you will not send customer service OR
Show me the written documentation where your team are allowed to video call us and ask us ti clean the pre-filter?
Is it monopoly of your company or your product ?

I don’t recommend this product to anyone.
