The ear plugs were as described
The ear plugs were as described. I was kept informed of progress throughout the order to delivery process. The product arrived promptly.
The only issue was google warning that your confirmation order didn't have the correct software certification and therefore the email was diverted to junk mail.

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating it is not to receive your order as expected. It's important to note that despite selecting the 'collect from branch' option, which unfortunately wasn't possible due to your delivery address being in Norway, we tried to reach out to discuss alternative arrangements. However, we understand that our attempts to contact you may not have been successful. Rest assured, we've processed a full refund for you. If there's anything else we can do to make it right or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
