I received the wrong colour, and they refuse me to return it or get me my money back. They keep saying that I got what I ordered, but my order clearly says otherwise.
Stay away. Customer service sucks!

Purchased some wire free support bras and they were WAY too small....even though I followed their size chart. When I contacted them they told me the size I ordered was accurate with what they sent. I sent them measurements of the bra verses my measurements and that alone was proof because my measurements were at least 20 cm more than the bra! I was livid!!! They offered to give me $5 back on a purchase that was completely useless to me! They also asked if maybe I could give them to someone the could fit. Really? SMH.....BEWARE!!!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer with their sis"er company Sob"eeriond.c"m - wish I had read these reviews first.
It is a SCAM.
I tried to cancel as soon as I realised they give no delivery timeframe, 5 mins after I ordered, and they said it had already been dispatched so they couldn't cancel.
I was also overcharged - paid via PayPal and luckily checked the amount and they had used GBP instead of USD to overcharge me $13, which they said was a "system error" - but it was an obvious scam tactic.
The 2 sofa covers that arrived are different shades, wonky, don't cover the sofas properly, and different to the description online. The packaging was ripped and they weren't packaged well. They are now avoiding my messages.
Definitely a scam. Avoid! I'm still trying to get a refund.

Do NOT order from this company. If they make an error they will never fix it. Not only did they overcharge me (which they did refund), but they sent me the wrong product. I have been trying for 2 months to get them to send me the correct product or send me a refund. You just go back & forth in a chat room.
So I wasted $50 because I can’t cover my entire couch & they only want to refund me $6

With these available everywhere on the internet, I really vetted all the ones I could find to make sure I was getting good quality, and this shop does not disappoint!! I got the dark red one and the color was exactly what I ordered. It’s super comfy, stays put, and doesn’t itch. Can’t wait to get a second color for next year!

I ordered a double bed cover. A cot blanket arrived! No use to me so I asked for my substantial sum of money back, I keep asking, over and over, for an address to send the item back I just get the run around. Do not trust this company!

False advertising, the sofa covers I received are not fit for purpose. Have asked to return and have been given the run around, offering to refund $10 of a $60 order. Do not trust this company!

Absolutely abysmal, demanded my money back, got a refunded for the overcharge, which they said was a system,failure took 20 emails to finally get an dispatch, and tracking number, issuing many threats, of involving police and such like,it remains to be seen if the product is of the quality they describe, bearing in mind, it was just shy of 80quid, my advice to not go anywhere near this company, I paid with credit card, so had the security of that, I'm sure they will surface under a different name, my intention is to be all over their adverts,and warn people, beware of them

be careful ordering from this company. They advertisement is very deceiving, I ordered what I thought it was a set of sofa covers and when I received my order it was only one cover, what am I supposed to do with one cover?? Doesn’t match anything!! I’ll never buy from this company again, and they customer service is also awful, you feel that you’re dealing with machines and not humans.

Terribly disappointed. It's over a month and I have not received my order. When I email I am told to be patient.
