From start to finish the team at Unipipe NIBE were a pleasure to deal with. Brian Connolly was fantastic throughout and his technically experience on the system was reassuring and encouraging that I was getting the right system replacement to suits our needs. I’d like to thanks Caroline in accounts for bringing to my attention the grants available and for organising a smooth delivery. Getting the system up and running was hassle free and informative. A happy Unipipe customer
I’ve been a happy Unipipe geothermal customer for over 20years. First the Nibe 1220, and now the 1255.
The office experts are outstanding! I only ever ring when I’m having a meltdown as I’m not at all techie, and that’s rarely, as nothing goes wrong bar my human error. I’m talked through the service menus and solutions with patience and intelligence by Nick or Brian. A lot of patience!
The pride in figuring out issues, and providing outstanding customer support is a joy in this day and age.
