I just paid the carrier 90€ more!!!!!
And it took more than 3 weeks to arrive!!!

They don’t reply to messages nor emails…

They don’t reply to messages nor emails (even if I send it to multiple people). Waiting for an answer to a simple question for more than a week, without any from them. Not even a message that they will check it and contact me later. Absolutely nothing. So I feel very anxious about buying from them, since they I guess won’t reply to anything if some problem happens.

Hello to everyone in this forum. im a customer from sweden and i will write my whole experince with this company . First i ordered iphone 12 pro back glas origional glas cover , i acedently put the wrong shippinh adress (china) when it should have been sweden (MY FOULT) so i understand why i had to pay 3 dollar extra for shipping (at this time i was a bit rude against them because i have a hard time in my life at the moment wich is private) When the back glas arrived the camera holes didint fit , it was to tight and thats because it was origional and not copy, so AGAIN MY FOULT and i should have looked better in the description of the product. When i reached out to them i was very rude and i feel really bad about it , my pricate problems shouldnt go out over someone who just does their job. (im very sorry if you read this ) despite my rudness againt them they tell me right away we will send you a new case with no extra fees or payment and at this point i felt really really bad and explained why i had a such a rude attitutde.

what i want to say is that This company is the BEST comapny i have had talked to , they are so nice, they are very understanding , and the customer support is something i have never experienced before, i hope that tony and the rest of the company have a great christmas and very much luck in the future , 10/10 i would recomend this company to everyone i know . , best regards sweden

Rip-off website

Rip-off website! I ordered few items and I paid them with paypal with the shipping. A week latter they email me that I have to pay extra $46 for shipping! It a scam site from China! Avoid at all cost!

Wouldn’t recommend this company for any cell phone repair parts, very bad service and they don’t label the correct parts in the description if you don’t have enough time to do that you shouldn’t be in business plain and simple

Ordered over a dozen ribbons on their…

Ordered over a dozen ribbons on their site, several of them turned out to have an issue. They asked for video proof which I spent time on making, they still refused to issue partial refund back to my original payment (PayPal) instead only offered store credit. Now I'll have to waste more time filing a case through PayPal, totally disappointed, will not be dealing with this company again. It seems the ribbons they sell are pulls from older units because they had lint and hair on them and their quality control does not check the products they sell to ensure they are all in proper working condition. And for the amount of credit they offer to ship anything overseas to me wouldn't be worth spending on because the shipping alone is at least two fold. Buying more products with a possibility of having issues from them is a further risk I am not willing to take.

Don't buy from this site

Don't buy from this site. With their vast selection and decent website you might think that they have great items; it wasn't my experience. I bought several original iPhone screens from their site and paid for shipping. I also had to pay for customs to get the items. After all that, I found out that 3 of the 4 displays had some sort of defects; backlight problems etc... I had been talking to their representative to get my refund for the items(which took months for a reply but COVID problems so its ok), I was told send video, photo evidence. After I did all that, they told me to ship it back on my expense and after they get it they will analyze and move from there. They know shipping is expensive from here so they wouldn't even give another solution. They wouldn't provide a shipping label, wouldn't refund partially or fully. So basically, I paid for a lot for screens that don't work and I have to pay to even request a refund. THIS is a JOKE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Used to be my go to site for quality…

Used to be my go to site for quality original Apple parts. They’re awful now. Ordered April 15th and was charged $30 for DHL express shipping (2-3 days) I got an email with tracking but it never shipped. Only status was that the label was printed for almost a month. No response to emails - nothing for 3 weeks! I’ll stick with AliExpress or eBay - at least you have buyer protection on there.

We bought eight Samsung Tab screens, five were faulty. We bought an iPad Air 2 LCD, again faulty. We bought hundreds of iPhone screens, a low percentage were faulty but still an unacceptably high level. None of the faulty parts were covered under warranty because too much time had lapsed, even though the parts had sat on a shelf in our storeroom. We currently deal with Etechparts in the US and Deviceparts.com in China. Thankfully these suppliers are much more consistent in terms of quality. Bottom line? There are better suppliers out there than Union Repair.
