My name is Amy Muniz and I have been on the product for six months.
I am a mother of four which includes a 10-year-old special-needs child. Minutes count and my day and I needed a simple solution to my perimenopausal weight gain and brain fog! With the Unicity protocol I have lost 10 pounds and my brain fog very easily. I have been using the products now (specifically Unimate/Balance) for the last three months and, prior to use of them, I was NEVER able to sustainably and consistently utilize intermittent fasting as a part of my life. I would always start and stop and start and stop, as cravings and hunger always seemed to get the best of me. Now? Completely 180. My longest fast thus far has been 36 hours (though I don't do that daily...I now do 18-20 hours daily and consistently) and it was EFFORTLESS. I have loved learning about the food derived ingredients of their products and how they work inside my body to improve my metabolic health. Best yet, I have lost over 8 lbs in the last two weeks just by being consistent with the protocol. I'm in love with both of these products and now do not feel that I need to restrict myself from the foods I love just to achieve my goals!

I’ve had nothing but a good experience. The products are super clean and they really work. My blood sugar and cholesterol came down using the feel great system, as did my weight. The Feel Great system gave me my life back. I was exhausted all the time, hyper-reactive to stress, brainfog, watching my life force ebb away. Yet my doctors couldn't really find anything wrong. After $10,000+ with a functional medicine doc, I shifted gears and tried this. Within a week the exhaustion lifted, as well as the brain fog. I found this product through social media of all places! After living with chronic hives, inflammation, joint pain & fatigue for 4 years, along with elevated blood sugar & cholesterol levels, I needed to try something different since nothing really seemed to be helping me feel better.
