Very easy to use site, easy to navigate and immediate quote, plenty of options and straight forward to configure to select the appropriate dates, durations, and size of vehicle as well as "package" of use (mileage and in/out of country). I found it all rather quick and painless and got to see the information I needed rapidly - unlike travel agents sites who bait and switch you with the prices for the wrong airports/flights/hotels/rooms and then your nice solid figure turns into a bloated overpriced mess - these guys are straight to the point, and their price is their price, and it's a good one! After-quote/Enquiry/Sales support is great too, I feel really taken care of.

Excellent website with a quick quote engine with enough detail to make a booking or shop around. We looked at a number of quotes for a forthcoming road trip and unbeatablehire was by far the most effective website we used.

The site is very friendly, easy to navigate. The return of the requests was quick and clear. In fact we did not decide to make the trip, for this reason we do not confirm the quotations.

Bought one of there ex hire vans a mooveo p7 from them great service only when I got home I discovered I did not have the service history and forgot the spare keys for the van phoned them today and it's been sorted out right away I will have everything on Tuesday and thank you for all your help

BUYER BEWARE. Good motor home, however, poor service and I feel ripped off. Hand over took way too long as understaffed. Lack of parking available at depot. The member of staff tried to be helpful, but I feel lacked support. Confusion on how to make up the beds which I found surprising and this caused further delay. No kettle in motor home which was annoying as this was only discovered when we were in a remote area. UNBEATABLEHIRE LIMITED then held on to our security deposit of £1250 from 4th May until 17th July. Way past the 28 working days indicated. Only refunded when I called demanding it to be refunded to the card. No offer of compensation of interest. Had i not chased them they would have held on to my money and never returned it. Would not use again.

This company stole our money. Id give zero stars if I could. We booked over the phone for Easter weekend but the person (Alison) emailed different dates to the ones I said (several times verbally and by email) we wanted to book. This was a Friday evening. I immediately emailed her and she didnt reply. On Monday morning I got so concerned I emailed a cancellation but according to them that was too late. My credit card company said they couldnt help even though I sent them an email trail. BEWARE.

I emailed for a quote and i got a very reasonable qoute back as im still thinking of a trip away i havent booked it yet but if i do i will be calling again.

Have never used Unbeatable hire but was considering it, then I read the reviews and was concerned that the good reviews were from people who have only enquired about hiring. The negative reviews were from people that had actually hired motorhomes, I'll be using the advice from the negative reviewers and won't be hiring from Unbeatable hire, so on that note, I'm out!

I have been offered all sorts of incentives by this company to rent with them and was about to book a two week holiday until I read the reviews on trustpilot. Thank you to all who have left there reviews on this company Motorhome express or unbeatable hire you have saved us a lot of hassle needless to say i won't be booking anytime in the near future.
