Absolute Crooks and Scammers – Stay Far Away!

Do not trust this company. UMAXX consists of cheap, lying crooks who should be completely shut down for their predatory business practices.

They lure you in advertising a price of $59.99, but they won't even give you a full 30 days of service. Two weeks into my cycle, they arbitrarily changed my billing date in the middle of the month and cut my service completely off. To make matters worse, they claimed I had a "past due balance" of $29.99 and refused to turn my service back on—even though they had already credited my account for the upcoming month that hadn't even started yet!

Their refund policy is a total scam. They demand you send back their piece-of-junk, out-of-date equipment before they issue a refund. But it's a trap: once they get their equipment back, they ghost you and withhold your money anyway.

To top it all off, their customer service is a joke. "Ronnie" is the most unhelpful, useless person in the world and does absolutely nothing to resolve issues. They are stealing people's money and providing zero reliability. Save your sanity and your money—do not give this garbage company a single penny.

Terrible tech support with billing issue. They charged me 220. For 45 days of Internet. For an American based company this is unacceptable. T mobile and Verizon are comparable in speed and functionality and cost 45.00 a month. There fast enough for gaming also. Going back to t mobile

I would give it a zero though. Horrible service. Constantly buffering drops service at 2 am not sure why. Called them several times they told me my connection was fine clearly it wasn't. They tired making me send my equipment back that I had bought from them .Don't waste your time and save your alot of money.I would never recommend this company to anyone they suck.

Don't waste your time or money on this service. I'm right in town (Carson City Nv.) And it wouldn't connect to to anything without constant buffering. Then they refused to refund my money said too much data was consumed. Well all the data consumed was used trying to connect the garbage to a good signal 😤😡😠🤬

This company has terrible customer service. I’ve had a box for two weeks and it didn’t work from day. One said the SIM card wasn’t registered. I reached out four times via email and chat and they kept complaining that I canceled the service and wouldn’t help me so I sent the box back. Don’t fall for this scam.

Recently signed up for UMAXX and its is great, I had Hulu, Netflix and YouTube TV and they "S--K" compared to UMAXX. The process was quick and easy, finally a service to meet my families needs. "Good Job".

Had the service less than two days. Then canceled the Service got my confirmation of cancel and now fighting with them to get my payment back. Been dragging out now for at least 10 to 15 days after the cancellation had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.. And still waiting for the refund.

I switched to UMAXX 5G and it’s been super convenient. Works well, easy plug-and-play setup, and I like the flexibility. Perfect if you don’t want to deal with traditional internet companies.

Signing up was quick and easy. I’m excited to have fast 5G internet with SECURITY and a great price!! Once I receive the equipment, I’ll update my review on speed.

I purchased a UMAXX.TV internet and TV package with the mobile router. I'm getting good reception in my boat and my RV in remote locations. Lots of Channels and no surprises in my bill. I would recommend this product.
