Communication, delivery, quality of goods all excellent couldn't fault. Have ordered goods from this company on several occasions and all been excellent

Book delivered two days from sunday order. Good going

I ordered several polo shirts in different colours, the size indicator said that I would need medium so I duly ordered all in this size. On receiving my order I found the polo shirts to be very tight plus there were 2 polo shirts that had dirty marks on. I tried calling and emailing. They take forever to respond and then it seems they do not directly answer your questions. Once I had finally got the information (I was waiting for a returns slip) I had to pay over £11.00 to send the items back, there was no return service. I tried several times to let them know that 2 of the items had marks on, but this was never acknowledged. I asked for a refund, which they gave me only it was very short, around half of my original payment. I would not touch UK WorkStore with a barge pole ever again and would never recommend them.

Bought an item from them with next day delivery. I sent an email as soon as the order went through to ask if this would definitely arrive the next day, no response. It didn't arrive the next day, so I emailed to ask them to cancel the order as it was only needed for one day, no response. I received the item that I no longer needed, and wanted to return it but the website says not to return items till you have contacted them to request a returns label. I emailed again, no response. I called several times, nearly 10 in fact, no answer - straight to voicemail. Called again the next day, and several weeks later, no response. It wasn't until I raised a dispute with PayPal that I received a response, which they initially refused to give me a refund because it was outside the refund period (despite me trying to contact them multiple times within the period), then the dispute was escalated to a claim where PayPal would decide, and they decided in my favour so I FINALLY got a refund, from PayPal. Not from the seller - it was at no cost to them. No apology, nothing. Do not use.

No problem with ordering or delivery but a nightmare to return. You have to wait 5 days for a return form to be emailed! The parcel was then received to which i was told however i didnt receive my refund! 3 months later i was still trying! To be told my parcel hadnt been received! Fortunately i found my proof of delivery with the signature of who received it and i then had my refund! This still took 7days! I will never use this company and will never suggest it to others

Delivery was very satisfactory and the quality of the product was great I would heartily recommend to anyone

A quality product at a good price in large sizes

I use this company two or three times a year for our staff uniforms and they provide good value and service whether its a large or small order. Would recommend to others.

Ordering was straight forward and delivery was quicker than advertised.

I have tried on several occasions from 31 March 2016 to contact the office via phone. I have sent several emails via the website and via my email address requesting/asking on how to return one of the items I have ordered.
It is now over 3 months and I am stilling waiting for a reply or some kind of acknowledgement of my emails. I want a REFUND

Finally the Company has contact me, they advise that I am not entitle to a refund as I contacted them after 7 days of receipt of goods.
That is incorrect as I have email proof that I have emailed them within 5 day. STILL they will not accept I am in the right and they are in the wrong.
This company is shambolic and will not give me a refund.
If anyone purchase anything PLEASE BE CAREFUL or use another company I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company
