Nothin fishy about this pond…it's a wildlife one!
Been after a small wildlife pond and this ideally fitted the bill. Good quality product at a reasonable price. Delivered on time and package very robust so highly delighted.

Brilliant service regarding solar water fountain
I emailed as I purchased a second solar fountain for my dads 80th however it stopped working after a couple of days. My own worked fine so gave this one to my dad. After emailing uk water features they immediately responded and replaced the fountain that had stopped working with no charge or hastle and it arrived in a couple of days. I have never had such fast response and immediate replacement from a company and myself and my dad love our little fountains.

Failed item just out of warranty
I bought a solar powered water feature from UK Water Features, the pump failed a few times and was told to clean it. It then failed completely a week out of the warranty period and I was told to buy a replacement pump with no offer of goodwill or anything else. I wouldn't buy from this company again

Hi Paul, we're sorry you feel this way. The issues you originally reported with the pump happened very soon after your purchase and were easily resolved through the usual troubleshooting. As far as we are aware, the pump has been running without problem for the past year.
Unfortunately as we explained in our email, all warranties do have to have a cut off point. It's really unfortunate that your item has developed a further issue outside the warranty period. Unfortunately we're not able to send free of charge replacement parts indefinitely, but we have offered a suggestion of a possible alternative pump you could purchase which may get your water feature up and running again.
We hope you manage to resolve things.

Difficult to get delivery detail
We had to chase delivery several times to get delivery details and had to contact Global , the head office to find out . Delivery company did not contact us to make sure we were in although they did leave it in a good place .
Although we were happy with the overall quality the black putty to seal in the hose did not work effectively.

Perfect replacement.
Received later than expected due to supply issues.
I wasn't sure if the pump would be compatible with the transformer but it was perfect. The cable length was just right and so was the offshoot light. Looks great in the water feature.

still waiting to get this working
The actual water feature looks nice....if only I could get it to work. To begin with I could not understand how to fit, the written instructions were poor. Live chat was not available to start with but I eventually got through to someone who helped me. The fitting is quite simple and it wouldn't take much effort to write clear instructions. Once fitted it did not work properly and I was advised the pump was at fault. New pump sent through-but this is a different model, 0 instructions and I've no idea what to do with it's extra cable. Again no live chat. Disappointed and fed up with the whole thing

had ordered the wrong wf from another…
I had ordered the wrong wf from another site for a birthday present, mistakingly I ordered wychwood falls smart solar instead of the hybrid version with the battery back up. Not realising my mistake until the present was opened, hence that's why I saw it on your site. Excellent, fast delivery,great service, thankyou, looks fabulous next to the one that only works when it's sunny.
