Great Service & Pricing
Awesome customer service, I called before placing the online order to ensure the item was correct. The gentleman on the phone even went to stockroom and called me back after physically checking without me requesting this. Next working day delivery as standard.

Excellent delivery after being let down…
Excellent delivery after being let down by our regular racking supplier. Only downside was the on the 900mm racking the boards were not cut in half and full size 2.7m boards are very heavy and hard to fit at height.

The service from UKshelving was fine
The service from UKshelving was fine - good comms, good price and quick dispatch. Unfortunately, the light was damaged in transit, despite being reasonably well packaged, but as this was down to the courier (in my opinion) I don’t think it’s right to point the finger at UKshelving. I did contact them and the were willing to listen, but in the end I patched up the damage, rather than looking for a replacement.

They were the only company I could find…
They were the only company I could find selling an old spot light fitting. The alternative being to replace all 5 fittings. I did not pick them because of their name .....shelving. Delivery was good and staff I spoke to were helpful. Would use again.

We are currently undergoing a large stock check as the electrical stock clearance goods were purchased from another company and we are counting through it.
I apologise we did not have your goods in stock, we issued a refund as soon as we knew we did not have it. The website will be updated accordingly for more accurate stock numbers.
