Fire Safety Signs (custom made to my spec) for our holiday lets. Ordered, then I was sent a proof to sign off. That’s when I found that I had sent the wrong j.peg from my files. I emailed explaining what I’d done…….then sent Jon the correct j.peg sign. Then Proof signed off this time and next morning I received the signs. Good quality and now up on the wall in each cottage . Bespoke Signs
I needed some urgent bespoke signs for a project we are working on, I placed an initial order but had some queries - used the online chat facility and Mandy and Jon very comprehensively sorted it all out for me. I received follow up phone calls to track my order and was kept notified. In this day and age it was refreshing to find a company that values good customer service.
