Pleased with signs
We like this company - the signs were delivered speedily and are of good quality at a good price. We found the right ones for our business as they have a good range. We also bought compliant First Aid kit. Very happy to recommend them.

Very good service. They had all the items I ordered instock and they were delivered quickly. The items I bought were as I expected so overall I am very pleased. I have used UK Safety Store before and I will again when I need more safety equipment.

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered extremely important Covid signage ready for my Company to reopen on 1st June after 10 weeks of being closed.
I ordered it all on 17th May, it’s now 7th June and still no signage leaving me with no where to go as I’ve paid for it all.
Steer clear of this awful company they don’t deserve the buisness.
It’ll Certainly be the first and the last time my company will use them!!

Good price and quality of sign
Ive used this store a number of times now for signs for our organisation. Prices are very competitive.
The latest order I placed was easy and parcel was delivered when expected.
I did have a problem with a previous order as (I can only assume) the courier damaged the parcel... however the Safety Store replaced the items for free the next day.
I see my latest order came via DPD courier, so even better now as I know when it is going to arrive.
Will use again.

How does an internet based company fail this badly?
I confirmed before I ordered that I will get the items next day by 9am.
Called at 9:30 only to be told that their computers were not working and they would call me back. Where are the urgent items I requested?
I opted to stay on hold while she restarted her PC. After being on hold for 10 minutes and she rebooted her PC she then needed to call me back because the courier company had it out for delivery pre-9am
She could not provide me with a tracking number.
After getting back on line and chatting to the same woman on their chat line 2 minutes later she tells me it is on the way but stuck in traffic. They will be 20 Minutes. After an one of when they items we to be delivered.
I have resolved that they will not arrive on time.
Do not use next day delivery with this company. They will use every excuse under the sun to get out of accepting blame. This is their response:
the uk safety store prides itself on the services it provides for its customers, this is an unfortunate case where we were let down by our couriers due to the high security measures around london at the moment. i am going to get the delivery cost re-reimbursed and can only offer my sincere apologies at this time.
This is a real joke.
If I were you do not order next day and expect it to be there on time.
When the item arrived 2 hours after I was expecting it, i was told by the courier that the pre-9am service had been cancelled.

We are sorry that on this occasion you received such a poor service. We have read through the live chat scripts you had with a member of our team regarding the late arrival of your parcel and we have also investigated the incident with the Courier.
Unfortunately the Courier has let us down on this occasion. Any information relayed to you regarding expected delivery times came direct from the Courier. During our investigation the courier’s customer services department admitted in writing that the delay was in fact due to the late arrival of the trunk vehicles and your parcel was only the driver’s second delivery that day. Had we been informed of this we would have been able to advise you accordingly. The Courier’s Customer Services Department have logged the delivery as a service failure and will be bringing it to the attention of the relevant personnel. With regards to the courier informing you that the pre 9am service had been cancelled, this is a misunderstanding. It was the cost of the service that had been cancelled due to the service failure. In reply to your comments relating to our computers not working, this is also a misunderstanding. There was a slight problem with software freezing on one computer which was rectified.
In response to your comments advising others not to use our next day delivery service, we would like to point out that although we experienced problems with our courier on this occasion, this is not a common occurrence. We send a high volume of orders via courier to customers all over the UK, most of which are received as expected. Unfortunately we do experience the occasional issue with a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances but we do everything in our power to ensure that the customer receives the parcel as soon as possible.
In your case you still received your parcel next day it was unfortunately two hours late.
As a good will gesture we will re-reimburse the full cost of your order
