Applied for my university course nicoleta and Hannah explained everything smoothly and simply to me , anything I needed help with they assisted straight away .

I applied on a course I never thought I could get into and platinum made it super easy for me. they were super patient and made my life so much less stressful. Younis was amazing with helping me through the student finance section, Luan through the pre-post interview and Daniel for my initial application. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going through some difficult personal challenges recently, which unfortunately caused me to miss the first university intake at Arden (Leeds). I was worried I had lost my chance, but Nicoleta was absolutely amazing. She showed so much patience, empathy, and dedication throughout the entire process.
