I needed next day delivery but didn’t get it
I chose your company because I read it would be delivered the next day. I ordered on Wednesday and it hasn’t arrived yet (Monday) I believe DPD will deliver today. I needed a print run at the weekend.

Your prices change whilst putting together an order. especially when you compile an order and then login or if you do a search on google and then click on an item. Seems sketchy.

Svar från UK Office Direct
We are sorry to hear the below and the frustration this has caused.
Unfortunately, there is a delay on the google pricing transferring through to the online website due to numerous offers and promotions being promoted.
This delay is something we are aware of and working hard to finding a solution so all prices consistent.

Item was as expected
Item was as expected. Was a little surprised it was not in any protective packaging. It did however arrive undamaged and was delivered on the day it was expected. Cork has a bit of an iffy smell which I expect will fade in time.
