Ukminibushire Omdömen

I made an enquiry for a 16 seater coach to take us to a memorial service. I received a prompt and very courteous reply by return. I was very happy with the price so booked it straight away. Within half an hour I received written confirmation with all the correct details with a link provided to make it very easy to pay the required deposit.
On the day the mini-bus arrived early as it did for the return journey.
Could not have been better - Great service !!

Company responded to enquiries quickly and professionally, great vehicle, great driver very knowledgeable about area

Here’s the revised review:

We hired a 16-seater minibus for a funeral, our first time using this company. The bus arrived on time, and the service was excellent. Paul , the driver , was very friendly and extremely accommodating Edward , thank you for the perfect and flawless arrangement.
Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Very punctual, efficient. Clean bus and friendly driver

Excellent minibus service! The driver arrived early, which made the trip hassle-free. He was incredibly friendly, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease throughout the journey. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. He was also punctual, waiting for us at the end. Highly recommend this service!

The booking process is really easy, communication is great and the driver has always been there on time. Would highly recommend UK Minibus Hire - we use them as a shuttle service for our staff Xmas party to take people back and forth to the train station as and when they want to leave. Works really well.

The driver of the mini bus was so friendly that made us feel very comfortable he was so obliging, the driving was second to none. Would most definitely use them again.

UK Minibus Hire had what we needed at less than one week's notice, and they delivered what they promised.

Excellent prompt service from the original booking enquiry to Edward through to pick-up & transfer home on the night. Nice, spacious coach & great communications.

Booking process is easy and swift. Driver is friendly and helpful.

Great driver, communicated with us and the mini bus was spacious and comfy.

What do you want from a bus to ferry around your wedding guests on your big day? A fabulous driver. Steve was awesome. Firstly he arrived nice and early, turned around a 52 seater on a sixpence in a tight car park. He was friendly, humorous and nothing was too much trouble. Ten out of ten, thank you Steve and the bus company for having the wisdom to employ him!

Without doubt a 5 out of 5 for UK minibus hire. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We recently planned a hen do around Cheltenham and needed return journeys on 2 days. The quote and booking process was easy, and Sharon accommodated any changes we needed. The mini buses were clean and arrived promptly. The drivers were so polite and helpful, they literally couldn’t have been better! They were prompt for collection on the return journeys too, and allowed us to bring our collection time forward. Overall an excellent customer experience. Highly recommend

Great communication throughout and very helpful customer service.

The drivers arrived on time and were ready to go. On the way back the driver kindly provided water and let us choose the music for the drive back.
