Material came very well packet and protected. Adhersive top class. Dont even try save and buy cheaper. I saved a lot of time with it. Only one comment, it should be added some page of paper of tutorial about cutting covings.

great selection of products
great selection of products, quick to provide samples. Initially it was for the purpose of providing my client with an option for a feature wall, by the end of my process and section of wall panels, we ended up with three feature walls, with a forth wall yet to be completed after a full makeover of the stairs.
The one down side to these great products is the limited lengths of 2 meters (skirtings also)...most floor to ceilings are at minimum 2.4meters but it allows for slightly more creative thinking when mixing various products to make full wall hight features...

With regards to the length of the Wall Panels, we understand this restriction so we have got a small range of 3D Wall Panels which come in 2.6m in length to combat the issue. Over time, our aim is to have all Wall Panels available in a 2.6m length.

Stirling product and company!
Bought a load of panelling and dado rail and honestly it's the best product to use. Lightweight, sharp clean cuts for corners and saves so much time on installation and finishing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Great company!

I dropped a star as the cost of delivery is high for what I bought but might be ok if you have larger quantities to be delivered.

In relation to the delivery charge, couriers charge extra for long lengths so we subsidies the carriage charge to help our customers out.
I see you purchased one length of Coving, this is a small order value and as you say, on a typical order the carriage element won`t be so much proportionately.
Excellent cornice / coving
We used Budget Cornice 11 and love it… we’ll be using it throughout our house renovation. Great customer service too - refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a human :)

Classic Cornice 44
We are having a lot of house renovations and have bought quite a lot of Classic Cornice 44. Delivery was fast and product is fantastic quality. We had an issue with the second delivery which was down to the haulier but UK Home interiors dealt with it so quicky - the customer service we received was wonderful and we will be ordering more cornice very soon. Whilst we appreciate it can seem a big investment, our columns offer excellent value for money in comparison to traditional materials, a lot faster to install saving time/money on installation too.
With regards to visible joins, the recommended adhesives are at the bottom of each product page and we can`t see that you purchased any adhesive from us. We can`t vouch for the quality of other brands or types of adhesives. Ours are designed to work and the joins would be invisible when using the correct adhesive.

In relation to the carriage charge, we appreciate where you are coming from. Its unfortunate that due to the long lengths national couriers class it as "ugly freight" and charge high rates for carriage. We do subsidise the carriage charge to try and make it more reasonable for our customers.
