Good insurance company, very helpful and fast

I rung for a car insurance quote and had problems understanding the foreign staff none of them were native English speakers. They said they would phone me back in 20 min to an hour but I got no call.
I eventually got back in touch the next day and the online quote of £986 for the year was obviously a lie to get you signed up because the ridiculously overpriced quote of £2400 came back, double the cost (£1300 more than my current insurer) An absolute joke of a company. Hard to understand the mumbling foreign staff, no call backs when they promised and a real bunch of scammers

EDIT RESPONSE: I was told by your staff that they gave me the best quote which was nearly 3x bigger than the online quote. You failed to give respectful customer service. People putting me on hold for 20 minutes without telling me I was going to be put on hold. Just poorly trained, not our culture or way of being respectful towards customers or each other.
Your company failed terribly and I wouldn't touch you ever again and I would never want to have insurance with such a terrible company. You are amateurs in a world of good customer service polite people and professionals. You don't deserve any business or customers.

Too expensive and if you cancel during the cooling off period you will loose (1/3) of what you paid as deposit or what ever you paid in advance so make your calculations before accepting anything .

Do not use this company I’m sure it’s just a scam I got my quote then went ahead only to have a phone call days later to say that they cancelled my policy because I was refused insurance back in 2021 which I have no idea about cos I’ve been on my works insurance for the last 10 yrs lol then they took 100£ cancellation fee when it was them cancelling not me they said they would send the rest back within 15 days but I got a message after 12 saying they tried to put it back in but my bank refused the payment ??? So I’ve called n after them asking for proof of refused payment which I can’t get ? I told the guy I want to speak to so one in charge because I’ve had numerous payments go in over last few days no problem he put me on hold n I’m still on hold after 1 hr 🤔 very dodgy

Whilst I was searching for the most reasonable insurance company, u drive popped up and I checked what they will provide and guess it was good as well. However I decided to take what the offers to me.

Amazing and friendly experience, very easy to take out your policy, udrive staff are quick at setting everything up.. they took away all the hassle and stress of being on the phone for ages. They are quick and to the point and don’t try and sell you everything under the sun.. Very happy 😊
