My car went to car heaven and I had to cancel my car insurance. They decided to charge me well over the cancellation costs by double. I refused to pay now they have sent a debt collection agency
If it was a sensible price I would have had no problem paying for this. But now I’m a customer that will tell people to not use this company.

Is simple English for those people?\nWhen you know the customer can't speaking for not to the English, you can easily with a simple English word. And I want to tell you about your company. You accept my cost was 74 pounds.
