Another customer wrote a review for Twyford toilets but he made a mistake it is NOT cheap but it is utterly NASTY rubbish, do NOT waste your money!!!!!!!

I had a review taken down as Im an Ai bot!!! I replaced a dated 56 year old toilet bowl with a Twyford model the old one was in place for 56 years and didnt have a mark on it at all, no water mark and no brown staining at the bottom. My second toilet is 25 years old and again not a mark on it so I must be cleaning them right!. The new one has staining at the bottom and water staining and our water is Lime free. Ive used everything, brushes, extra strong bleach, chlorine and nothing works. Customer services said im not cleaning it properly. Ill never go near Twyfords again.

We have 2 toilets and a bath installed in our new build house. The bath is tiny, but bearable, however the toilets are a joke! They catch everything, we'll need to replace the toilet brushes soon as they are used every single time. Complete oversight from this company. Never have issues on other toilets.

Installed a Twyfords bath. Pressure tested with water. It showed up 3 rust marks on the enamel. I was told by the shop that I am supposed to fill the bath outside with all the fittings first, to test it, but if tested inside, then that wasn’t allowed. You are not allowed to add water to a bath to compete the testing to see if everything is okay… wait what!?

Sale of goods act - not fit for purpose?

Metal 1,700x700 bath has an amazing enamel coating. Just super check for defects before it leaves the shop. I was shown a 2nd bath, and that had defects too!

I got a replacement bath, with apologies ASAP. Else it would have to be LEFT installed, and checked with someone from Twyfords, to agree a replacement, which was ludicrous - ain’t nobody got time for that!

More QC needed on enamel coating

Purchased a Classic low level suite as a like for swap into a downstairs cloakroom.
Everything about it shouts cheap & nasty, from the really poor quality washers and fixings, to the instructions printed on a sheet reduced from A4 to A6, making it readable only to a peregrine falcon.
All of which turns what should have been a relatively simple task into one I will be glad to see the back of!
Indifferent customer service from Geberit didn't help either.

Close coupled toilet does not flush water at the front of the toilet basin - a bad design - not hygienic.
