Hi everyone I worked as TVS Rico courier My story it’s a mafia in Birmingham they will stress u gives u torture intentionally they control u same day controllers has connection with all people inside just to delay things if they don’t like u ,Gives long jobs to there own insiders maybe whom they have set a commission and ur app what ever job they want to send or don’t want to send any they have the control because they are logged in as well from their side very unfortunate as a professional u feel they don’t need professional drivers working for them and Im writing this because may be their owners their Gm can read this Im not talking what they pay that’s their choice obviously it’s 50p for a mile but even though insiders they are so connected they can do anything to stop u doing job in time but as a professional its my job to let everyone knows so the message can spread and maybe reach their owners or their heads so they don’t ruin the company name and their credibility 4th generation is running it but maybe they even doesn’t know how these same day controllers and employees sitting in whom gives u parcels and few their favourite drivers ruining it.

This company it’s Scam,I just been scammed for £70,So they give me the job for £150 and when I receive the invoice they pay just £80,After that I contact Victoria form head office and she said she gone raise the pay query with Reading depot
It’s pass 3 weeks I contact Ross from Reading and he said yes I now I give to you the job and I’m gone call you back no one call me back,so they always skip the conversation
Please be aware with this company!

My son took on a role as courier through an agency that tvsscs.com have contracts with. He had so many charges from first weeks wage for dbs check, app to deliver the items and top up insurance to cover his vehicle he earns barely anything but drove over 1000 miles in a week! His first pay check was paid in time, minimal amount he received. He don’t receive next weekly pay check. Couldn’t get anyone to respond to his messages. Went into unplanned overdraft and was issued with charges from his bank. He was eventually told that they had made a mistake in his first pay and needed to adjust it. He was finally paid a week late. Following weeks pay. Again did not receive. No response from employer on querying why. Now two weeks have passed. Monday. More bank charges and further in arrears and in debt. No one responds by email. If you contact tvsscs they say take it up with agency that employs you. At end of day tvsscs are being paid for their ‘amazing’ delivery service by their customers, they CLAIM they are paying the agency, the agency are not paying their drivers. This is such a dishonest approach in such difficult Financial Times.

The management is poor

Staff turnover is out of this world

Poor working conditions

Unhygienic bathrooms, what kind of animals stand on toilet seats with work boots.

Only male cleaner is of any use as the big teeth cleaner does nothing.

Absolute miserable place.

Security leave up 2 hrs early.

Also left agency security outside the gate. Cancelled contract abruptly.

Nobody is happy there.

Menial IT staff left to do all the work, while other IT STAFF LEAVE WORK EARLY EVERY DAY THEN GO ON HOLIDAY, Mario!

If you have no standards, please work at this place and leave the rest of society in peace.
