Cannot fault anything about the buying or customer service experience, curtesy call on the day to see if I needed any support and a few weeks after to see how everything was. Bed is amazing and quality.
Customer experience is second to none and would recommend to anyone.

If I could give more stars I would the ordering process was easy to follow clear instructions on when bed will be delivered. When the bed was delivered the delivery guys were absolutely lovely and the bed speaks for itself it’s stunning. I also had a call from someone in the shop who just wanted to double check that everything is okay and don’t hesitate to call them if I have any questions. Amazing company with quality items

We ordered the single TV bed for our daughter as she has the box room and space is an issue, the bed has not disappointed in any way, beautiful design, colour and the tv mechanism is great, easy for our 7 yr old daughter to use. Can’t recommend the service and product enough!

Upsetting, feel scammed, not worth the money
Following on from my review on 6th June 2025, all I can say is to avoid this company. I received a reply on here and a curtesy call to say they’d be in contact in 2 weeks to arrange for the ripped and stained part of the bed to be delivered and set up. Alas, after 6 months of failed communication I am still with a huge ripped and stained bed and no support from this company. I paid over £1000+ for the bed and I am gutted. All I want now is a partial refund at the minimum, seeing as they clearly are unable to replace this part of the bed. I’d advise people to steer clear of this company.

Super happy with our daughters Tv bed…
Super happy with our daughters Tv bed that we went and bought one for ourselves. Our daughter had a minor issue with hers which they sorted immediately. Bed is exceptional and customer care is brilliant ! We will be looking to now buy the son one in the new year. Thank you Tv beds - we wish we had found you sooner

1st bed i ordered got damaged in transit 2nd bed got lost in transit 3rd bed actually arrived but only 3 of the 4 boxes that made up bed arrived had to then wait several days for last part to turn up so had to sleep on my sofa .and as im registered disabled a complete disgrace .and now awaiting the free led lights that was meant to come with the bed .will not use or recommend this company .even had to pay more money as the original bed i ordered that was damaged was then out of stock .Had no goodwill gestures offered for all my incoviniece

Your order was handled by our contracted courier, and unfortunately they have let us down on multiple occasions throughout this process. This is never our intention, and we are extremely disappointed that the service provided fell so far below the standard we expect for our customers.
We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to experience repeated transit issues, delays, missing components, and the additional stress of having to sleep on your sofa while waiting for the final part to arrive. This is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we are truly sorry that this was yours.
We will be reviewing this matter internally and raising it formally with the courier involved, as the level of service you received is unacceptable.
Please accept our apologies once again.
Nice bed shame free bed chair not recieved
Happy with bed so far. Ordered from this company as they were offering a free bed chair. Bed chair never arrived. Chased through online chat who said they would send one out. Still not received item. Contacted online chat again and chat was ignored.

Unreliable and useless customer care
Ordered a bed to be delivered in time for family I had staying with me. Could have bought cheaper but TV Beds assured me they could deliver. Took annual leave to be notified on the morning of delivery that their appointment courier couldn’t deliver as they hadn’t received my order. Several new dates were agreed and each time the courier let me down. On threat of cancellation, TV beds assured me that I would receive my order by end of November complete with a free bed pal support rest. Bed was delivered minus the bed pal. Several emails and still no support rest one month later.
Pathetic customer service which is a shame because the bed is excellent. Not worth the hassle, avoid at all costs.

TV beds for the whole family
3rd TV bed purchased from this company for all the family, cannot recommend them highly enough, they respond straight away with photos or answers to enquiries, excellent quality, had 2 beds over 5 years now and still perfect, amazing prices, quick and efficient delivery, easy to put together, we'll be back next year for our little boys bed then we've all got one

Second Tv Bed
This was our second tv bed from TV Beds in Haydock. Paid an extra £99 for delivery and installation which was well worth the money. The two guys who did the assembly were polite and worked efficiently and also took away all the packaging. Very pleased with the purchase at a great price!
