Really impressed
I have been so impressed with this company. I was on the search for something very specific and used the WhatsApp chat several times to ask questions - they were really helpful on there and quick to respond. Once placing the order I requested to hold off on delivery by a month and again they were incredibly accommodating!
The delivery drivers they used (DRS Delivery) were also very good, updated us regularly and were very helpful when they delivered. They offered to carry to a room of choice but unfortunately we still weren’t finished decorating so they put it safely into our garage for us.
The bed itself is lovely quality, the instructions were really clear and building the bed was very straightforward. The only small issue we had was finding a TV to match the specifications- they specify the TV needs to be a 200x200 vesa fixing and no thicker than 7.5cm - one is easy to find but both not so much. Well it turns out you can actually use vesa 100-400 which would be great if the updated that on the info.
Somebody called me to ask if we’d got on ok after about a week and reminded me of the warranty.
Over all I have been really pleased with everything and I would definitely recommend them.

Love my new TV bed. Ordering was easy, delivery came exactly when it said it would with updated throughout. Assembling was easy following instructions and the follow up customer service was a very nice touch. Great service

Tv beds is a family run business that gives a better friendly service than the big name stores, but with a professional buying service. Delivery was prompt and you even get a customer service call after you have received the bed to make sure your satisfied with your purchase.

I have recently purchased a bed with TV beds. The whole experience has been really simple and the bed is such a good quality. The bed is as described and operates smoothly. The customer service team rang today to check in and they were so helpful and genuine. Will be using them again in the future should I need another bed.

Bed smells of fish and poor response from company
Purchased a TV bed 3 months ago and since buying it, my daughter’s room has had a strong fishy smell. Was told to air the bed which I have done continuously and tried using fabric sprays but the smell has not cleared.
Contacted the company who agreed to send out someone, whose report says it’s the material and should subside, but doesn’t seem to be clearing.
Was then told that as it’s the material I am to continue to air the room and spray. We are in the winter and it’s my daughter’s bed so it’s unreasonable to continuously air and to have her bed either smell like fish or perfume.
Whilst the bed itself is nice, the service provided is poor and the communication also.
I will be taking it to the ombudsman’s as I am at a loss and cannot allow my daughter to sleep in a room smelling of fish with no certain outcome.
The website did not say that there may be a chance the bed will come smelling of fish due to materials and that I would be required to air!

To ensure the issue was properly assessed, we arranged for an independent technician to visit and inspect the bed. Following their inspection, they confirmed that the smell identified is consistent with the materials commonly used in TV bed frames, specifically MDF. While we appreciate that the smell has been described as “fishy,” the technician noted it is more accurately associated with a natural wood or “burnt wood” odour, which can sometimes be present in new furniture.
The technician concluded that the smell is inherent to the materials used and not the result of a fault or defect with the bed. Importantly, in cases where this type of odour is present, it almost always dissipates naturally over time, as the materials fully cure and ventilate.
Based on this professional assessment, the advice given was to allow additional time for the odour to subside, alongside continued ventilation. We appreciate that this can be frustrating, particularly during the winter months, and regret that this has impacted your enjoyment of the product.
Please be assured that your concerns have been taken seriously throughout, and we acted in good faith by commissioning an independent inspection rather than relying solely on an internal assessment.

Small double Tv bed
I decided that id buy my daughter a TV bed. Each time I searched online TVbed kept coming up in the search. I really liked their beds but was hesitant to buy a bed without being able to view it. Unfortunately their showroom is far from where i live, however, I decided to take the plunge. I liked that they had a small double bed as I felt that my 8 year old would soon outgrow a single bed but would have more long lasting use with a small double.
I requested for the bed to come on the weekend (saturday) due to working throughout the week. Happily this was adhered to and the bed came on the Saturday.
I decided against paying the £100 fitting fee with the plan to have family members come and put it together. However, me being inpatient, I decided to do it myself even though it's a two person job. Once I got everything out of the box, I questioned whether I could do it myself as a single female. However everything was labelled and numbered so I knew exactly what went with each part and the instructions were supper easy to follow with pictures of the bed components and what fitted with what and which screws to use. Im proud to say that I completely fitted the bed by myself!!
The bed also came with a free gift which I chose a cuddle cushion. Sadly this didnt come with the bed on delivery. I contacted the company and on their records it stated that the package was lost and they didnt have anymore in stock. The gentleman on the phone said he could send me some bed lights as an alternative and a few days later they arrived. I thought this was a nice thing to do considering that the cuddle cushion was a free item anyway.
My daughter absolutely loves the bed and im glad I took a chance on this company. Im planning to renovate my spare room so I'll be looking to buy another tv bed from this company but as a single bed.
All in all, great company, fantastic customer service and a beautiful electric Tv bed. I would happily (and I intend to) buy another bed again.

Great company to deal with…
Great communication with the company from start to finish. Delivery was great they actually took it to the bedroom which saved us trying to get it upstairs. Boxes were well labelled and instructions were straight forward apart from two screw holes that didn't seem to align with bolt properly but we got there. On reflection I would pay next time for them to assemble.
Bed looks great and the ottoman storage is spacious. Very happy with the bed and the company.

2nd bed I have purchased from them and…
2nd bed I have purchased from them and same quality. Our original bed is 10 years old and looks and works the same as the day it was delivered.
Our 2nd order wasn’t smooth sailing as last bed and part was missing. TVbed done great at finding us alternative bed which was actually more expensive, but they honored the price we paid for original bed. Great customer service.
I wouldn’t buy a Tvbed from anyone else now, I see a lot online with mixed reviews, but Tvbed is 5* deserving
