Update - Terrible Products & even worse customers service
I thought I’d give an update on how this company deals with their customers.
In September 2025 I noted that the bed frame was squeaking due to the ottoman bedframe. I was then told it would be a few weeks as all of their materials come from China and need to order a new part.
Few months go by and nothing so I write a review calling them “cowboys” as they have took my money and failed to give me a replacement part.
I am now being told that I will only receive my part for my broken bed if I remove my negative reviews!! This isn’t blackmail but is very close and in terms of trading standard is completely illegal.
I now only hear from them when I post a negative review so I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these scammers not to bother and if you do hope and pray that there is nothing wrong as they have no interest in you once they have their money.
I am now going down the legal route to get what is rightfully mines.

We bought the king size velar tv bed. Delivered and installed with zero issues. Really pleased with the great quality, the bed looks fantastic and was half the price of other beds we looked at that were no where near as good.

We recently purchased a fabulous TV ottoman bed. We elected to purchase the TV and mattress separately as we had additional needs.
The bed arrived as promised by TV Bed.
I highly recommend this company as thier customer service was second to none. When we had an issue they were fast to resolve it and went above and beyond.
The bed is such good quality, looks amazing and excellent value for money.
If we ever needed another TV bed, this would be my first port of call.

Good bed but poor delivery and customer service
Bought my first home and was so excited to order one of the surround system tv beds. I ordered and was able to schedule delivery at a time I had off work.
The day before delivery I received a call saying the delivery was no longer possible and blame went back and forth between bed company and delivery courier saying they didn’t have the bed in stock. I had no other available day to reschedule whilst I was off work. After talking to tv bed back and forth and also the courier service, I was able to reschedule delivery for 3 weeks later. Due to the wait, tv bed kindly sent the tv before so.
However, upon receiving the bed, there was loose screws, rips and dirt all over the bed. We was so shocked because the overall quality of the bed is good. I emailed Tvbed regarding these issues and to which they said they would contact the manufacturer. 1 week later I heard nothing and emailed to hear back. Tvbed still have not got back to me and it’s now been two weeks.
It’s a good bed and good quality. but customer service and delivery issues could be handled better.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after moving into your first home and looking forward to your new bed. The delivery issues you experienced are not the level of service we aim to provide. As we work with third-party couriers, things can occasionally go wrong, but we fully accept that this should have been handled more smoothly and with clearer communication.
Regarding the condition of the bed on arrival, we note there were some dust marks and a small cut on the fabric of the side rail. It can sometimes be difficult to determine whether marks occur during manufacturing or installation, however we appreciate how this would have looked upon delivery.
We raised this with our manufacturer immediately for investigation. Following their contact with you, we understand you were able to wipe away the marks, which we’re pleased to hear.
In relation to the side rail, we have sent you a follow-up email regarding this and the next steps to resolve it.
We sincerely apologise again for the delays in communication and the overall experience. Your feedback is really important to us, and we will be reviewing this internally to improve both our delivery coordination and response times.

The sign of a good company is how they react to any customer issue which was unforeseeable , I can honestly say these guy’s went the extra mile, special mention to Alex who worked outside office hours to ensure the bed was installed on time, oh and the quality of the bed is very good

DO NOT BOTHER
I ordered the Stanford iAudio 4.1 Ottoman TV Bed for myself in October 2023. Without fail the bed frame collapses every year!
I own and manage multiple properties in which the beds cost less than half of what my bed from TV Bed cost me, yet the actual quality of the cheaper beds and their frames are way better.
Everytime the frame beaks/collapses I have to chase their customr service for replies and updates on the matter.
It’s not worth the hassle.

To clarify, your bed is now outside of the 12-month warranty period. When you first reported the issue within warranty, we arranged for a replacement part to be sent to resolve it.
You have since contacted us again to advise the issue has reoccurred. Although the warranty has now expired, we have still been assisting you by requesting images and videos to better understand the problem. We have also confirmed that this information will be passed to our manufacturer for further advice.
We do understand that this is frustrating; however, we would kindly ask for your patience while we investigate this further. As the product is out of warranty, we are still going above and beyond to offer support, but we are unable to work within strict timeframes for resolution.
For reference, our frames are manufactured to a high standard, and issues of this nature are very rare. We typically receive positive feedback regarding the strength and build quality of our TV beds, as reflected in many of our customer reviews.
We have also tried to contact you by phone a couple of times today but have been unable to get through.
Called in the showroom on the off…
Called in the showroom on the off chance when driving past, we were looking for an Ottoman bed, not necessarily a TV bed but popped in anyway. We found a TV bed that was also an Ottoman but after speaking with the helpful sales guy we ended up purchasing one of the tru sound beds with built in speakers. We have now had the bed for just over a week and it’s made our mattress a lot more comfortable, the fabric and overall build of the bed is of a high standard and looks great in our room. The sound quality is amazing, it’s like being in the cinema! My only criticism is the voice over that says “power on” or “power off” every time you turn it on or off, but it’s not the end of the world. All in all very happy and would definitely recommend.

Boucle, no, it is cream fleece.
Order and delivery was easy. But they sold the bed as cream boucle, it’s not, it’s fleece. We’ve now build the bed and don’t have the time to dismantle, send back and find a suitable replacement which is very annoying but yes. Definitely check what you order as the fabric clearly isn’t what they state it is.

Dreadful customer service and poor quality product
rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience.
I ordered a TV bed and unfortunately it arrived in very poor condition. There was a tear in the fabric on the winged headboard, a hole in the footboard fabric, and the baseboard for the mattress was dented. On top of that, the TV mechanism was unstable — the TV wobbled upon opening and closing, which made the whole bed feel cheaply made and unreliable.
When I raised these issues, I was disappointed to be accused of causing the damage myself, despite the item being brand new out of the packaging. While the owner did eventually agree to send replacement parts, I believe a full replacement should have been offered given the extent of the damage.
After waiting months with no parts arriving and no proper resolution, I had no choice but to raise a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to get my money back. The situation dragged on far longer than it should have, and the bed ultimately ended up being disposed of due to its poor quality.
I’ve since purchased a TV bed from another company, and the difference is night and day — excellent quality and fantastic customer service from start to finish.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

Thank you for your response, but I must correct several points.
We were not kept updated throughout and had to chase multiple times for information. Communication was inconsistent and did not meet expectations.
Your suggestion that the damage may have occurred during unpacking is incorrect. We obtained an independent report afterward, which confirmed the issues were manufacturing defects. Customers should not be accused of causing damage in an attempt to shift responsibility for a poor product — this is completely unacceptable.
For clarity, we took delivery of the bed in August 2025 and did not receive any replacement parts from you at all by December 2025.
You also state that you issued a refund — this is not accurate. The refund was processed by our credit card provider following a Section 75 claim.
We were then left with the added burden of arranging the removal of the faulty bed ourselves, causing further stress and inconvenience.
Overall, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard, and your response does not accurately reflect what occurred.

When the issues were first raised, we carried out a full investigation. Each part of the bed is stored and dispatched separately from different areas of our warehouse, so it is extremely unusual for multiple components to arrive damaged in the way described. In particular, one of the reported issues appeared consistent with damage that can sometimes occur during unpacking, which is why we asked questions at the time, this is a standard part of our process to fully understand what may have happened.
That said, our priority was always to resolve this for you. We apologised and worked with you to find a solution, remaining available throughout via calls, video, and messages. Replacement parts were ordered promptly, and you were made aware of the lead times involved. We kept you updated as the parts were nearing arrival, and at that stage you confirmed you were happy with the updates provided.
Shortly after, a Section 75 claim was raised through your bank for a full refund, despite the replacement parts already being in progress. As a result, the matter had to be handled through your card provider, and a full refund was ultimately issued.
We do appreciate your frustration, but we would like to clarify that we remained responsive, transparent, and committed to resolving the issue throughout.
Well made and great concept
Well made bed with a beautiful headboard. The gas airlift can be set to geniously open from either of the bed. The headboards come in a wonderful range of colours. The company offer exceptional customer service. Great concept and highly recommend.

If you’re prepared for a longer than…
If you’re prepared for a longer than usual lead time & lack of communication, then go ahead and order, because the small double tv bed we received and built ourselves is lovely. Sadly we didn’t know that the delivery would be over 4 weeks when ordering (without mattress) and getting information from customer service was like pulling teeth.

My TV bought in December 2025
I bought a TV bed at the beginning of December and can only say good things about my experience. The staff in the shop were welcoming and offered a wide range of add ons and options available. The process of purchasing was very easy and within 15 minutes I had customised my bed to my liking and bought it. The bed arrived very quickly within 3 days and the building process was easy to follow and produced a high quality sturdy bed. The instructions were great however there was also an option to have someone else build the bed for you. Unfortunately my TV came damaged however after a quick phone call the staff at TVBed arranged for a collection of the old TV and delivery of the new TV within 2 days. I was extremely happy with this service and have since received a phone call to follow up on my bed and to advise me about the warranty if anything was to break, however i doubt this would be the case as the bed is very high quality and sturdy. I would recommend TVBed to anyone due to my experience.
