Couldn’t be happier I Ordered a Tv bed for my son the manual operated Tv lift.
First of I had a friendly staff member call me about a query I had after his advice I ordered the bed and it’s brilliant build quality, the looks can’t fault it.

Great customer service.
The delivery was quick. The bed was easy to put together and feels sturdy. We did have a issue with being sent the wrong colour of the side rails, however I phoned up they answered straight away, not only did they apologise they sorted it straight away.

I had a few questions about the tv bed. I what’s app and they replied super quick really put my mind at ease. Delivery was great completed on the day I selected after purchase. Great value for money. Tv bed has definitely been a game changer for our bedroom due to lack of space. I paid for the installation also which was the chaps did really quick which was a bonus. Definitely worth the money and great quality bed. Would highly recommend and would order from again. Top service from start to finish 🙂

Very professional company providing top quality service and product. Would highly recommend. Well manufactured solid bed at a reasonable price. Instructions are clear and overall easy enough to build yourself or you can always pay extra to get in built up.

Really pleased with our bed from TV Bed.
As far as quality goes, it clearly uses good, solid materials. It looks very nice, and was easy enough to assemble too.
My only criticism is with the delivery timescales. It took a full week after ordering before I was contacted to arrange delivery, and then the nearest delivery slots were a further 2 weeks out, resulting in 3 weeks from order to delivery. I'm probably just spoilt with the multitude of "next day" services we have nowadays, but a quicker delivery would have resulted in the full 5 stars.

Found this website a few months ago…
Found this website a few months ago when trying to find a new bed. It was the first hearing of them so was a bit skeptical. However, the service received was top notch. The bed was also well made and quite premium. Shipping was done quickly and to the room of my choice. Products have a one year warranty which is a plus. I have recommended friends and family to this store as my experience was excellent.

From start to finish the service we received was superb. The bed arrived as suggested for delivery. It was well packaged and instructions were easy to follow to put the bed together. It looks wonderful. We thought we were going to have to get a new mattress also but once we put it onto the bed it was perfect and saved us so much money. The tv mechanism works perfectly and the storage under the bed is huge. Highly recommend this company even a follow up call making sure everything was right was very much appreciated.

Great bed and service
Easy to order with plenty of delivery date options. Tv double bed perfect for my teen. Opted to have the bed assembled and the two guys who did this were great-knew what they were doing so it didn’t take them long. Cleared away the package and were respectful to my property. Overall a great service from start to finish.
