We got our grandson a tutti it was 1500.00 dollars. In the frist 30 days the front tire popped I sent an email to them because it was under warranty. We still had to buy a tube even though they said they would replace it, I had to take pictures and send them and videos which I did still no tube came so there goes another 40$ on a 1500.00 e bike. We finally got the tube and put it on a week latter flat again this is crazy sent another email again had to buy another front tube another 40 dollars well guess what he went to get his bike out today the tire is flat again. Does anyone know about tubeless tires and can I replace the front tire with a tubeless tire because this is getting ridiculous. I mean I we have to buy a tube every other week or two we will have more money in tubes than the bike it’s self I need help please

I’ve never dealt with a company that works this hard to avoid honoring a warranty.

I reported a failing Adria26 battery more than a month ago, well within the warranty period. The bike was 8 months old, fewer than 600 miles, and the battery was shutting off at half charge — a clear defect.

Tuttio ignored the issue for weeks, then resurfaced with a canned message claiming “performance may decrease under high load” and offering me a $379 ‘discounted’ replacement instead of honoring the warranty. They didn’t address the defect, didn’t acknowledge the documentation I provided, and didn’t offer an RMA.

It feels like they’re intentionally dragging this out to run down the clock so they can say the warranty expired. That’s not customer service — that’s avoidance.

If you’re thinking about buying from them, be aware: once they have your money, support becomes slow, dismissive, and focused on upselling instead of fixing legitimate problems.

Ritengo necessario un intervento della magistratura per multare e magari chiudere un giornale come Tuttosport, che diffonde quotidianamente menzogne e incita alla violenza. Il bersaglio preferito è l'Inter, verso cui il giornale diretto da Guido Vaciago cerca di attirare l'odio dei tifosi juventini più rancorosi e scimuniti, sempre pronti a bersi ridicole accuse.

Well I was going to just edit my review. But here I go writing another one about their customer service and the extra $26.50 for shipping insurance. Well I've jumped through hoops trying to get another bike since someone else was able to sign for"MY PACKAGE "and steal it. Still haven't spoken to a single person on the phone.vThen they said they would just send me a new bike. Lies!All Dreams they sell to No avail. Oct 31,2025 I received well was supposed to anyways. I've contacted a lawyer and retaining her for this fraud.5 starS down to NO STARS

Dovevo capire che era una fregatura già dallanno scorso dove mi erano stati rifiutati euro di vincita con tuttosport fun perchè avevano la scusa che non leggevano i documenti mentre le prime volte si.
ora la scusa trovata a distanza di giorni per 10 euro è che non c è scritto 10 euro e non danno modo di rettificare lo sbaglio lo sconsiglio veramente.

Sono juventino da sempre e mi vergogno che esista un giornale sportivo cosi dove a scrivere gli articoli sono dei giornalai con le pezze al c…lo
….i titoli poi sono il frutto di una triste depravazione….non sono capibili,non fanno ridere,non danno notizie veritiere. RuttoSporc Un vero disastro.

Il peggior quotidiano in Italia a mani basse, informazioni non corrette e inventare è un imparzialità pari a 0, oltre ad avere in organico giornalisti con evidenti lacune grammaticali

Pessimo. Decisamente di parte in merito a notizie calcistiche, specialmente sé relative a Juventus. Sì è arrivati alla libertà di stampa per avere oggettività, cosa che qui manca decisamente.

Un giornale imbarazzante che parla male dell’Inter ogni volta che ne ha occasione. Capisco che sia di Torino ma non può essere così di parte

Sono tifoso juventino da sempre e da sempre leggo Tuttosport. Ora anche in Line. Ma da un po’ di tempo e’ diventato inguardabile e non solo per alcuni articoli senza senso ma perché 1 entra sempre costantemente pubblicità che ti impedisce di fatto di leggere anche un piccolo articolo; 2 la scelta giornalistica di fare i titoli senza riferimenti chiari che di fatto ti obbliga a leggere l’articolo (e sorbirti gli ennesimi spot pubblicitari) anche quando non ti interessa non mi sembra una grande scelta. Alla fine ti stanti e cambi sito. Comprendo che la pubblicità sia essenziale per tenere in vita una testata ma se fate scappare i lettori forse è peggio. Peccato. Speriamo che leggano le recensioni e facciano qualche cambiamento.

Quotidiano fazioso parziale senza la necessaria moderazione per garantire un'informazione seria ed equilibrata. Una collezione di facezie che neppure i migliori fumetti possono annoverare
