The leather quality is exceptional, your customer service fantastic, and the fact that it’s made in the UK, well, it’s left a smile on my face….I shall be returning shortly to purchase more goodies !!! I am a long time handbag customer of Tusting and I recently bought a Medium Canvas Explorer. Beautifully made, perfect size and very stylish. As I needed the bag quickly I rang to check they had the colour I wanted in stock. The lovely customer service lady went to the workshop to check stock of the colour I wanted. She rang me back promptly and my order arrived the following day. Not only are all their bags brilliant, customer service is second to none. Thank you Tusting!

Tusting handbags are by far my favourite now. The quality of every detail and their wonderful choice of colours and beautiful leathers make me return again and again.
I have had negative experiences with the customer service of other companies, but I can truthfully say that Tusting customer service is without equal.They are friendly, helpful , and very accommodating if I want something special. My latest acquisition is a bespoke Sienna handbag. They happily made it in beautiful soft silver suede leather, and lengthened the short strap so that it sits a little lower. It is perfect and I am thrilled with it. I also love that my bag arrived to me in America post free and within three or four days. Amazing service!. Thank you Tusting !. You are absolutely the best!

My sister bought me a TUSTING Leather Clipper bag (Sundance) back in 1999 from a store in Natick, Massachusetts. I used it regularly as a school teacher carrying a little more than I should. The leather strap finally gave out in May 2026. Seeing that it was showing its age, I sent it to England to give back a bit of life.

Tusting sent the new leather strap, and replaced piping, lining, D-ring strap, and few other changes. I was happy to see that Tusting didn't clean up the body too much as I want my bag to look like it was being used. The leather panel clearly shows obvious wear but it's still in great shape even after 27 years of use.

This brand is a hidden gem! The craftsmanship that goes into each bag is amazing! I have three bags from Tusting.
I have two Holly bags, and a suede Sienna bag. I first purchased my Oxblood Holly. I loved it so much that I was in need of a navy bag. I went shopping on Tusting's website, and not only purchased my navy Holly, but my Sienna as well. They are so well priced that I could purchase two bags and feel really great about it! This brand is like no other. If you buy one of their bags, you will not be sorry!

I wanted to give my utmost appreciation to Lucy and the rest of the team for making things right when I had concerns with my bag. Lucy kept me updated with the replacement process and was so very kind, courteous and professional in all her communications with me. Absolutely great experience! I bought the leather laptop sleeve in Ivy (dark green) and a key-holder in Ivy too. The products are top-quality and really beautiful, the packaging is also gorgeous. And the buying exprience went beyond my expectations: upon receiving my confirmation e-mail, I let them know I would've wanted my son's initials in the key-holder too, as I had requested for the laptop sleeve, but that I had not been able to find the personalisation options under the key-holder. They immediately answered that they would do it anyway, for free! I can not recommend them enough. Truly delighted!

Having a bit of a beast of a laptop, I reached out to see if my 15" diagonal screen size would fit in their laptop sleeve. Gave the measurements. Gillian responded (turns out they did a mock-up) and I ordered. The laptop sleeve is gorgeous and the leather is divine. Supple and soft. Its thickness is such that it moulds around my laptop versus some more inexpensive brands for my other laptop that act more like a case versus a sleeve. Highly recommended and great customer service. Quality is top-notch.

I purchased a leather notebook cover. This was not my first purchase from Tusting. I knew the quality would be excellent and I am not disappointed. The leather has a beautiful patina and I know I will have years of happy use. The packaging of the notebook in itself was a delight. My gift to me!

Perfect bags, perfect customer service.
I am a bag addict and have bought from many of the designer houses over the years but can safely say my Tusting bags are the highest quality I own. I bought one and soon bought another 2 just a few weeks later - the quality is that good.
The customer service is really like no other brand. They email personally back if you have any queries and I was able to make a bespoke bag in the leather colour of my choice - the communication was fantastic and I got my bespoke bag in under a week!
They are my favourite brand.

I needed a new purse, a small one. I went straight to Trusting as I have a bag of theirs which is fabulous. They had the perfect little purse in a perfect green. ordering was simple, delivery on time. product as described. Exceptionally well made. A beautiful thing to have in my hands every day.

I recently commissioned a bespoke briefcase for myself after a significant work milestone. I researched multiple options beforehand and became inspired while learning more about Tusting both their history and their process. I was fortunate to be able to create a custom piece together with their incredible team and go through the journey. Now that my briefcase has arrived, words cannot describe the finished product/new family member. The beauty, quality and craftsmanship are outstanding and I know that it will only look even better with use. A big thanks to the team at Tusting from across the pond! Saw this range of bags on an online article. Was looking for a burgundy crossbody bag and found one in the Tusting range. I had never heard of the brand but loved the look of their products. I was delighted with the bag I purchased. Excellent service and I am using my gorgeous new bag regularly.
