Speedy delivery and care with packing
Site was easy to order from and the delivery came in superfast time. Products were well packed and protected with care. Will now be a regular customer. Great first impression.

Never again
-Promises next-day delivery to UK, takes 3 days with no explanation
-Non-existent customer service not replying to normal messages and phone calls
-Only sending the order after telling them that you'd refund from PayPal
-Leaving it in front of your door with no ice-bag for your meat based products(thankfully I arrived at my doorstep 10mins after)
Honestly, things happen in e-commerce. I do not mind the late delivery. What I do mind is not communicating with your customer. Why is there a phone number and a statement that we can message you on WhatsApp? What is your "Live Chat" even doing? Never ordering from them again.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service! They say message us on whats app or email us or call us and YET nobody will respond to you ! Do not bother ordering from them, I still have not received my order and they are not responding to my messages or phone calls .
They reply to people's messages on here and apologise and say They will imptove their communication but DONT BE FOOLED , its an utter lie . Will never use them again and all these other good reviews are writen by their family and friends.
