Never again
Although it has been 3 weeks since they promised to refund the products that have not been sent, the refund has still not been made. The fact that they do not respond to emails is another issue. An incredible company.

Parcel not delivered and no response
Parcel not delivered and no response. My parcel was meant to be next day delivery, then wasn’t dispatched until 4 days later. Supposedly delivered to a parcel shop but not there when we went to collect. Messaged the company WhatsApp, no response. Tried to submit their online form twice, didn’t work. Messaged their instagram, no response. Fed up and want a refund now.

Total scam
I made an order and paid for next day delivery, 6 days later and still not received. They sent an email claiming that it’s shipped and when I try to track it, UPS says they generated a label but they don’t have the item yet.
Tried calling, WhatsApp, email and chat but no answer
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent over £45

We also attempted to reach you by phone to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As we did not receive a response, we proceeded with issuing a full refund with no delay.
While courier delays and errors are beyond our control, we try to stay full responsible for ensuring that our customers are treated fairly. We acted promptly in an effort to resolve the situation and offered a replacement before processing the refund.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
I ordered some items and 2.5 weeks later I still had no communication from them. They kept ignoring my messages. I tried various means of contact. Extremely disappointed and angry with service.

Would have given more stars if I could! When I ordered the first time I wasn’t sure of the service as I’d not heard of this company however I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service. Have ordered from this shop many times now and carry on doing as every order has been perfectly packaged and delivered.

Allow extra time for delivery
Placed my order early Thursday morning expecting that items would arrive on Friday in time for a special birthday breakfast on Saturday. Sadly they weren't dispatched until Monday arriving on Tuesday. Very pleased with the quality of my order and thrilled to have found a site with such a selection of wonderful Turkish produce but give yourself extra time for delivery if ordering for a special occasion.
