One Ring to rule them all, that's what my husband wanted and that is what he got. The engraving was perfect. Ring doe not look cheap and he is very happy with it. Sizing was perfect and matched with our ring sizer.

I purchased our wedding rings and David's rings was to big and already engraved!! I called and I just had to return it. At no extra charge, they resized the ring and engraved it again. It was also fast delivered back to me. Highly recommend this company. Very satisfy! Beautiful rings!!

The price range is very reasonable, and they are fast in creating your order. I got the finger print tungsten ring 6mm and was concerned that they would just put a generic engraving on my ring, the truth is however that the engraving matched the picture I sent them quite well. I am very pleased with this company and would buy from them again with no hesitation.

I bought 2 rings from them in March of 2018. They were great to deal with back then. They were apparently sold or taken over by new management and now they are terrible. They do not answer their phones, they don't respond to emails or their facebook page. Customer service is non-existent.

I have a problem with my wedding ring and they will not return any messages. So many people on their facebook page are saying the same thing. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't do it. their phone numbers ans email do not work. you will not be able to reach anyone. you're out of luck. and rings ya ours is ruined ans again still can't reach anyone

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! Sent my husband's broken ring back to them on April 1, 2019 for a replacement under their Lifetime warranty contract. Today is June 26th and Im still sitting here with nothing! Im out a $189 ring and a $50 check to replace it. They are BARELY responding to Facebook messages, email, mail and their phone is disconnected. I received confirmation they received my broken ring and the $50 check I wrote for the replacement fee. When I do hear from them all they say is "next week" someone will contact me. That week comes and nothing. Ive already filed a complaint with the BBB. Next course of action...civil suit. As the amount of ticked off people is skyrocketing. Running out of patience.

The ring is clean, classy, and fits perfect. The shipping and packaging was fast and done very professionally. Thank you for the quality of this ring and the years of enjoyment I will get out of it.

The Frodo ring is exactly what my fiancé wanted. It’s formal enough to be a wedding band and the script is apparent close up and when light hits it. it’s not harshly engraved, which many I’ve seen elsewhere are and it makes them appear cheaply made. The engraving inside is just as nice. The ring was made in a day and shipped promptly. I love that it arrives with a bag and tissue paper. My fiancé really was so excited that they didn’t have to settle on a traditional ring because I found this one and it’s unique and very well made. I also had to exchange for a larger size and Tungsten world makes the exchange process so easy and fool proof.

The rings are great. Heavy and quality. However, I would not have paid $25 for the engraving if I would have known it would be almost unreadable. It is thin and hard to read. I still gave stars because it could have been my fault with font choice. Also because the rings are well worth the money, very nice!!!

The purchasing experience was great overall. I think the website needs some help. On the website I had encountered an issue with engraving only one ring, I also had a problem getting the 70$ discount on a set. All of this was fixed by calling the company. I got the rings super fast and took with me to Hawaii.

I had lost my wedding band during a trip to Tennessee a month or so ago. My wife was obviously upset and I was also very disappointed I had lost my ring. We found Tungsten World after shopping around for stores that offered Tungsten wedding bands and had finally located a style we really liked.

When I placed my order, Melissa called me during a complimentary customer service call and verified my order, including discussing how different Tungsten bands are from other bands; which I appreciated.

I told Melissa my story and why I needed a wedding band (explaining that it wasn't for a wedding) and she went out of her way for me to make sure that I could have my band on my finger before Christmas. The band came in less than 2 weeks later with (Rush Order) written on the shipping receipt, which tells me Melissa was a woman of her word.

My wife and I couldn't be happier and I'll be purchasing the majority of my jewelry gifts from this company.

I purchased my ring back when I got married in 2011 and have had a great experience with TW ever since. I am what you would call a “power” user when it comes to my ring; I’m always wearing it. Twice my ring was compromised both due to extreme trauma to the ring(both falls). My lifetime warranty kicked in and on the most recent breakage, I was recommended to change the style based on my activity. I did what they recommended and am super happy. They’re always very responsive and got my replacement out to me much quicker than expected.
