TUFT AND NEEDLE IS HORRIBLE!!!
I purchased a mint mattress in 2020 and was reasonably happy with it for a few years and then it started to sag. The sagging was so bad there was no foundational support to keep me flat on the bed and it would make me roll off onto the floor. I have to hang onto the edge of the mattress to keep from rolling off. When I first filed the warranty claim, they were very, very nice, and then they denied my warranty claim. They had 98 excuses why they were denying my warranty claim. I was trying to understand what provision in the warranty, entitled them to deny my claim, and the reasons they gave me kept changing. So if you buy a mattress from Tuft and needle, you can return it within 30 days for no reason. After that, you are stuck with the mattress, and in my opinion, if something goes wrong with it, they’re gonna tell you to go scratch. I would not recommend Tuft and needle to anybody.

Slept on a T&N 4 different times and each time knew we needed to purchase one. Ordered 4 days ago and it arrives Monday. Had to contact customer service and spoke to Lucinda and she resolved my issues, promptly and graciously. I hope the rest of my experience matches this preview

I purchased my Tuft & Needle mattress in June of 2025 (it's now Dec 2025) On vacation, I experienced some of the BEST sleep I've had at an air b&b. The owner told me it was a Tuft & Needle,so I knew I had to have one. I've slept amazing....for 5 months. I started noticing pain in my hips, neck & shoulders. I flipped my mattress, purchased new pillows & a box spring hoping those were the issues. NOPE. Nothing has helped. It's the mattress. I found out through research that Tuft & Needle sold their co. to Serta & the mattresses haven't been the same since. I am soo disappointed because I just spent $1k 6 mo ago for something that is causing me soo much pain. I dread bed time now.

Purchased 5 mattresses 3 years ago. Their top of the line mint mattress starting dipping and was uneven. Emailed them for warranty support but didn’t get much help. End to end experience is not there. For a price of a mint mattress , go with another brand that stands by their products and warranty.

Very poor quality, wrong item sent, holes in the interior foam liner. Melted plastic on the corners of the sewn interior liner. Feels cheap, flat and not good quality at all. I purchase a mint mattress that broke down within two years. They have a ten year warranty and refuse to work with me. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a queen "Mint" mattress from Tuft and Needle about 3 months ago. After sleeping in it for long enough to fully appreciate it, I can tell you it was one of the best bedding purchases I've ever made.

I read several reviews prior to making the decision and at the time I was a little worried it would be too soft. My worries were put to rest - pun intended...within the first week. Overall fantastic service and would buy from them again.

I ordered the walnut bed frame -- it is not only beautiful and well made -- but the customer service has been fantastic. Someone at Tuft & Needle explained that I could schedule the delivery to meet my schedule -- that option was incredibly helpful!

Amazing experience with Nora F and Marcie C. I've bought a mattress four years ago - had good memories, bought another one and didn't like it as much so I needed to process a return. Response was prompt and solutions were speedy. I will most likely be a returning customer once the need arises.

I bought a bed from here after reading countless reviews after my move. It came in a box and it was a very easy process. It’s my first time having a memory foam mattress and so far I love it. The box was a little heavy when it was delivered but my neighbor helped me carry it up. You will for sure need help lifting unless you’re a really strong person! Their customer service is really good as well.

Good mattress (the Mint) but not sure why they don’t have more reviews.
