They offer you 3 bottles of Turmeric for $69.99. Next month you will be hit with a $84.96 charge for only 2 bottles. When you try to cancel they will ignore your requests. I cancelled my credit card and they still managed to charge my new credit card. Only stopped when my credit card got involved. This is pure scam, STAY AWAY!!

It's hard to know if the product is working on a future disease of Alzheimers as it claims. It also claims to be fermented and although the ads say it is - the bottle description doesn't mention anything about the tumeric being fermented. I wish it were clearer but its not.

Ordered the product once only to try it, a few days later my credit card was charged again without my approval. I contacted them right away to cancel since I did not order it on same day charged, but they had a 24-48 hour policy answering their emails. They immediately shipped the product before answering my email and informed me shipped items can not be canceled or returned. No personal interaction, THIS company can not be trusted! BEWARE!

How do you contact this company to stop them sending product I have more than a years supply now

It took 30 days to recieve my order. I contacted Nivelle prior and told them I would be sending the item back. Once I received it, I contacted them as they told me to so that they could give me instructions on returning. I get a notice the day after that Nivelle placed another order for this product WITHOUT my authorization. DO NOT order from this company. Original order date was 2/25/2026.

Don’t order from this company. They will set up a subscription without your consent & you will receive more product than a very large family use in 10 years. And your bank account will be empty.

Dreadful company i ordered tumeric curcumin and while i acknowledge i order first order i did not sign up for subscription when i queried why another 70 euro went out of my account they said i had signed for a subscription and that they had already shipped my order that is three weeks ago i have never gotten this second order so i cant send it back. they are saying they have a policy of only refunding first order. if i could get my order I intend to send it back within 14 days. they are disgraceful and a real threat to vulnerability in elderly people. do not buy from them ..

This site is a Fraud! Like others on here I bought a trial of very high dose Turmeric (which could upset stomach), and then without my knowledge they sent email saying they will be sending more, while trying to take more money from my Bank! But I managed quickly to have this cancelled as fraudulent!! Because I did not sign up for subsection; I sent many emails messages to stop them, but this Nivelle company ignored all my messages and went ahead with another unauthorized order, only to find my card wouldn't work, since my Bank cancelled on time! Don't fall for this company's tricks...

Buyer beware! This is a total scam. Comes from a woman in Elk Grove, IL, not from Nivelle. Phone number listed doesn't work. Also, read the label carefully and you will find so many errors, not to mention different errors on different bottles. My favorite was "For Sexable Vitamin C." Ummm, what?! No idea what is actually in the product, but I hope it wasn't too harmful as I took it for a couple weeks and started breaking out like a teenager and felt increased inflammation in my body. Not good! Near impossible to cancel subscription, too. Save your money, sanity and health...DO NOT ORDER!

My experience is similar. They sent me more products before I had time to finish. I actually hadn’t taken any of it because there was an ingredient. I’m allergic to and had no way to contact them. Don’t know how to get them to stop sending me stuff. Infuriating!

I ordered this product after seeing many adds and reviews on coming up on my Facebook page! It took about 6 weeks to come. I immediately cancelled the repeat order I’d signed up to through PayPal and they did cancel it luckily for me! The product has no instructions and it is really hard to read the writing on the bottle. I’ve taken one bottle and have loads more left but I’m throwing them into the bin. Useless! Don’t know what I’m taking but I might as well be eating smarties!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It’s all a scam. This is the second time I’ve been taken in by Facebook advertising. Be aware - there are a lot of fake and false advertising on those social media sites

OMG! Damn it! I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered one bottle and received three bottles in December 2025. As we speak, I've just received another package of three bottles. This is a real scam! which makes me doubt the authenticity of their product. Has anyone been successful contacting them or receiving a refund? its alot of money.

My mother inadvertently ordered a product from them that is charging a weekly subscription fee. When attempting to cancel said subscription it is made intentionally difficult. My mom hasn’t even received a product yet has been charged twice. Truly taking advantage of the vulnerable elderly population

This company is a scam ! Never again will I order anything off a Facebook ad!! I bought a one time and they charged me again the next month!!

This company sells Turmeric capsules & sells on Facebook. I guess I should have known better. I bought 3 bottles & got 2 free...i saw on the website where it has 4.7 plus 5 stars on Trust Pilot!! So i felt it was genuine. It took 3 weeks to arrive. However. Just as the order arrived, I got an email from PayPal that it was preparing to debit my account with another order of 5 bottles!!. I emailed trynivelle.store immediately to Not process the order, but they continued to process the payment & shipping. I got an email the next day to say I was too late!!. This seems to be a common practice to process the next order with 3 weeks rather than wait until the customer receives the first order and is given a couple of weeks to try the supplements out first. They give the excuse that they want to continue good practice so as to keep the customer supplied - how do they work out that the customer would use 5 bottles in 3 weeks, when each bottle gives 3 weeks of the capsules .
I've just started taking the capsules and I've gave huge digestive issues on day 2 of the regime!!.
I believe thus company's Trust Pilots 5 stars is a joke, Plus 3rd Party tested, plus 30 day Guarantee . Please beware of this, another company called Bioroot seem to carry on the same practice.
