$99 a month—and their own dashboard showed zero activity

I subscribed to Ninja to help manage my company’s Google Business Profile. After several months, I requested a detailed accounting of what I was paying for.

Their support team confirmed that no Google posts or review replies had been published. Website clicks remained roughly flat, and their report showed zero calls. They described initial profile setup work, but provided no evidence connecting their service to qualified inquiries or bookings.

The cancellation screen was especially revealing: for the previous 30 days, it showed ZERO posts, ZERO profile updates, and ZERO review requests sent.

For $99 a month, I expected meaningful ongoing work and measurable value. This service did not justify its cost. I canceled on October 24, 2026, and received confirmation that there would be no further charges.

An extremely disappointing use of my business’s money and my time. I would not recommend it.

Total bullshit. Zero results, and support is just Ai generated response that don't fix the issue. Don’t use it. Just a scam. Although they did refund a double billing and the last month's charge it would have been better to not waste my time and money for 4 months.

Scam - after canceling the subscription, they keep charging saying system error. When asked for refund, they refuse.

I will just say this up front. I have bought a lot of things for the business that promised results and then sat there. So when I signed up for Ninja I was not expecting much. I figured I would connect the Google profile, poke around for a week, and then cut it. That is usually how these things go for me.

It did not go that way. The first thing that surprised me was how fast the listing itself got cleaned up. I had been meaning to fix our Google page for a long time. Wrong hours. Thin service list. Old photos. Reviews sitting there with no reply. I kept telling myself I would do it when I had a free night. I never had a free night. Ninja started sending over the work almost right away. Description, categories, services, photos, posts. I was approving stuff in the first couple days which I did not think would happen that quick.

Then the page started looking like somebody actually ran the place. That part was fast too. Not like a six month agency thing where they send you a slide deck and you wait. More like I logged back in and thought wait, this already looks different. Fresh photos. Posts going up. Replies on reviews so we did not look asleep. I still read everything before it goes live because I am picky about how we sound, but I was not building any of it from scratch anymore.

What it has delivered is the part I care about. We were not showing up the way we should have been. People in the area would search the work we do and we were buried or just easy to skip because the listing looked stale. After Ninja got on it I started hearing I found you on Google. I found you on Maps. That used to be rare. The phone got busier. More people asking for directions from the listing. The profile stopped looking abandoned. I am not going to sit here and invent a fancy report. I can just tell you the listing is doing a lot more than it was and it did not take forever to get there.

I have had tools that take three months to ramp up and then you still cannot tell if anything happened. This was not that. The cleanup was quick. The page looked alive quick. The calls and the map traffic followed sooner than I thought they would. I kept waiting for the catch, like I was going to get dumped into some dashboard I had to live in every week. That did not happen either. I glance at what they sent, change a word if I want, and go back to work.

If I am being long about it it is because I have told this story a few times now to other owners who are still doing what I used to do. Which is ignore the Google page until it costs them a job. I ignored it. Ninja picked it up. It delivered more than I expected and it did it faster than I expected. That is the whole review. I would have saved myself a lot of time if I had stopped trying to DIY a listing I was never going to maintain.

Impossible to cancel. Buyer beware!!!

Has a very scammy feel to it & the absolute worst. Zero results, duplicate billing to my credit card, zero response after waiting 30 minutes in chat. Avoid at all costs... Complete waste of time & money. Still trying to work with email customer service there & with AmEx to get it refunded.

This company is a scam. I saw no improvement in ANYTHING. I received no additional customers, no reviews, and no business from them. You can't reach them by phone. It's takes 24 hours before they get back to you. Their services and customer service are garbage. I was charged $163 each month for nothing. When i asked did a refund 3 days after they had withdrawn the funds from my account they totally ignored me. Avoid this company, unless you want to throw money away.

This company is a scam. They say they put it in their terms that they won't refund your money when you sign up but when trying to cancel just one day after signing up they refuse to refund money for not doing anything. Legal rights prove that a company has three business days to cancel anything.
There was a chance I would come back to them and continue to work with them but now there is no chance at all. Do not sign on to this company for any reason.

The platform didn’t work properly, support was nothing but copy-and-paste responses, and nobody actually fixed the issue. When I requested cancellation/refund for a service I couldn’t even properly use, they just hid behind scripted replies and policy language instead of helping.

Everything has been documented. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with my business or billing information.
