I spent an hour doing a review because I was promised a gift card, and they rejected it for no reason. Ironically this business is called "TrustRadius" - I know not to trust it now. Very frustrating.

Misleading, SPAM
Misleading, waste of time comapny.
They spam you with an email asking for a review with the promise of a gift card, then reject your review and don't send anything.

Absolutely garbage company check their name on BBB they are in the business of bias review look around people I did one on adp and then they tell me I don't meet their standards

TrustRadius will never scam you for a gift card!
TrustRadius is really good, if they offer you a gift card and you don't do write a review, you missed it.
Yeah, it's real, you heard it right, it's not a scam, they do offer gift card!!
Till now, I got $100 from this website and I am really satisfied, review takes from 5-10 minutes and they don't tell you that your review isn't qualified for a gift card, etc., they might tell you because there are some more questions to get a gift card, it happened with me 2 times, I replied their questions and got the gift card happily.

It's basically a fake review site. Just go try and leave a negative review for any company. Your review will get refused due to "quality" reasons no matter how many times you update your review to meeting their "quality" guide lines.

Sometimes it can take up to 7 days for a review to be published as it goes through a rigorous vetting process to guarantee that it meets our standards and is in fact written by a user of the software. If more information is needed for a review, we do notify the user via email that updates need to be made. It does look like this is the case with the review you had submitted. After a secondary check from our processing team, it looks like the review was published on February 2nd and an incentive was sent. We hope to see you reviewing more products in the future!

Like many others this company is a complete scam!
Posted multiple reviews with them offering Amazon $25 giftcard and they refused to pay out.. they're a joke to those companies they represent. If you're a company using TrustRadius services, stop now cause they're giving your company a bad name

They explicitly asked for three reviews of the three products I use and offered me Amazon gift cards as reimbursement. I posted them and then they decided they won't pay me since my reviews were not insightful enough. Stay away.
