Will it ever arrive?
Its hard to write a product review as i have never received the product - but there has been zero customer service so far. Ordered a Black Friday special on the 1st of March - super excited to get a clean bike - tracking showed it arrived in Sydney on the 7th of March and after almost a month its being returned to sender? Am hoping Tru-Tension read this because they haven't responded to contact us requests sent via website, DM on insta or emails. Happy to update review if I ever receive the product

Thanks for your message. I can see you emailed us yesterday, please allow up to 36 hours for our team to respond over busy periods, though we aim to get back within 24 hours.
We apologise that you've not had a good experience so far. Unfortunately, delivery issues are out of our control sometimes, and it looks as though your parcel may have been damaged in transit. Therefore the courier company has deemed it safer to return it back to us.
Now that we have had this brought to our attention, a replacement order is on its way to you on an alternative courier service to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Black Friday deal
Hi, just received my Black Friday cleaning kit. Good delivery time and tracking updates. Arrived in good condition apart from a small leak from one of the lube bottles. Monkey Juice cleaner concentrate and empty spray bottle are a great idea ! Only dissapointment was both lube bottles are just a bit over half full which is a bit decieving, marketing 100mL bottles with just over 50mL contents. Thanks, Colin

So sorry to hear about your leak. If you reach out to the team at orders@tru-tension.com they will help assist you with a replacement product.
In regards to the lubriant, we apologise you are unhappy with the sizing. On our adverts and website we state it is a 50ml lubricant, and on the bottle it states that it's a 50ml lubricant with a larger bottle so it's easier to mix/shake before use. We hope this helps!

Great products and company to deal with.
Great packaging and the chain cleaner is good, however the chain lube leaks everywhere as the nozzle is a poor fit, this is being addressed by tru tension and a replacement is being sent, you can’t ask for more than that. Many thanks G

Hello is it 10mm your looking for?
Just received my tru tension item today. Little 10mm socket as a present for my mate who’s always losing them. Love the humorous quote that’s on the packaging. Also got a nice metal key ring as a bonus, it’s always nice to get a surprise no matter how old you are. Quick delivery and as always great service.
