Great service and high quality products
I bought a personalised trophy which was perfect, and very good quality. I was surprised at how good it was in person especially given the price was affordable. The person who packaged the order included a small bag of sweets, which was a nice touch. I would definitely buy here again.

Excellent customer service
Trophies were excellent quality when received. Only downside is using dpd to deliver who left the package at the wrong address and by the time they were willing to collect them would have missed the event - luckily the person that received them delivered them to my house themselves.
Spoke to a guy called Chris who done absolutely everything he could to try resolve from trophy stores end, excellent service and professional.
Switch courier company and its 5 star 👍👍
