STAY AWAY !!!
This company is not reliable and should be barred from selling on the internet.
We ordered two 'granddaughter' bracelets at a total cost of $49.15USD. When they arrived, we immediately saw that they were of inferior quality. I sent emails to their "customer service" (that's a laugh) email address, requesting a prepaid postage label and a full refund to our credit card.
I received a response suggesting that we find someone else who might be able to use the bracelets, and that returning the items would be at my expense, mailed to China!
After sending another request for the mailing label and the refund, I got a response offering 'compensation' of $4USD!!!
Again I responded and got a new 'compensation' offer of $8USD!!!
My 4th response was answered with the return address to China (no prepaid postage label), a final MAXIMUM 'compensation' offer of $8USD, and a reminder that shipping the items back to China would be quite costly to me.
I have NEVER dealt with a company that does not offer full refunds and prepaid return postage labels when a customer is not satisfied with a product.
Fortunately, my bank is now looking into the dispute.

Not sure how Trustpilot gives them 2.5 stars. They have two 1 star reviews, which average 1 star.
I ordered these on December 5. They took my money that day, and did not put them into shipping for two weeks! I wrote to say never mind, they're too late, I no longer have a need for them. They did not care that they waited two weeks to even start shipment. They think as long as they get them to you e..v..e..n..t..u..a..l..l..y..., whenever it suits them, whenever it works best for them, you should really like that. They kept writing back to tell me to just be patient, as if those cheap words make up for their not starting shipment for two weeks. If they were out of stock, they should have said so up front. If the shipment started in a country with lousy shipping methods, they should mention that up front. The package return says it was shipped by "Jane" in NJ. No way does a package from NJ take 3½ weeks to get to the middle of the US . It's more likely the package came on a row boat from China after getting from the factory to the coast of China on a three-legged donkey. And these people have no idea what integrity or quality service mean, probably because they come from a culture with no idea what either term means. Their website says they offer the fastest shipping possible, but putting my order into the shipping process two weeks later...that's just getting the shipping started... is not the fastest shipping possible. Their website says they take returns, but they refused to tell me how to return them when I asked several times (although they do tell you you can't return your package to "Jane" in New Jersey). I've trashed the gloves I no longer had a need for by the time these people got them to me. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you want an item, look and see if either Walmart of Amazon carry it, where at least you have some recourse (don't count on PayPal) if they turn out to be a crummy company.
