Tripse & The River Cruise Company Omdömen 

Just returned from a wonderful Avalon Waterways river cruise (Paris to Normandy) which we booked through Tripse & The River Cruise Company. Everything was booked from flights, transfers and cruise by Denise who made sure we had such a smooth process from start to finish. I always feel that I get a stress free service from this company, I would highly recommend Denise, Kyle and the team to anyone as they really do take care of their customers to ensure their holiday is tailored to them.

The ship and staff were excellent and the food was superb. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and were of good humour throughout our trip. I travelled with several other couples, some of whom were first-timers and we all had a fantastic time, so much so that I have been tasked with repeating the experience on another Avalon trip!

Excellent customer service. They arranged everything for our cruise including flights and transfers. It all worked very well. They also answered our queries and gave sound advice on room selection etc: this was our first cruise!

Everything was made easy. The booking, the transport joining the cruise. The staff were, without exception, friendly, respectful, helpful and always happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent. The trips were very well organised and all the guides were very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. From start to finish it was a five star experience.

After a nightmare of a cancellation for my hen do with another company Darcy from tripse came to my rescue, nothing was to much trouble nothing couldn't be sorted. She made the whole experience so much calmer and easier to deal with and I couldn't be more grateful. Would reccomend this company to anyone and I for sure will continue to use them! The holiday Kyle helped put together was perfect. He chose great hotels in the right location in the cities. The trains were all well planned so we had enough time to explore. When I had a question near the end of the holiday I received the answer quickly. I would highly recommend.

Denise was very helpful in answering my questions. Some mismatching of information on whether transfers included or not. My wife’s accessibility needs were closely supported.

Again, the location and hotels were perfect. Denise also suggested a city to include on our itinerary which was a great suggestion. The whole process of booking and then getting vouchers and tickets is made easy for us as paper copies are sent through the post.
