Cheap materials and abysmal customer service. Bags were delivered a month late, then one bag started to peel like a cheap sneaker within weeks. I contacted customer service with photos and was ignored for over a week. Finally I was asked to send a video which I did and was ignored for over a week again. The was told its wear and tear...How could this be after a few weeks and only one side is peeling. I insisted and they said they'd get back to me in a week. I waited two weeks before writing again and again told it's wear and tear and that now it's out of warranty after they delivered late and delayed in responding to me. Extremely disappointed in this brand. For such a pricey bag one expects decent quality, not cheap, fake leather that peels. I was ready to give the benefit of the doubt and accept it was a one off defect but the way they refuse to take responsibility and simply say wear and tear and ignore you for weeks is insulting.

Habe mir eine magnetische Handytasche für den Tank und ein Paar Griffbänder aus Leder von TripMachine gekauft. Die zunächst relativ "edel" anmutende Verpackung in schicken Pappkartons wurde in wenigen Sekunden gefolgt von einem unangenehmen Chemie/Muff-Geruch und einem Material, das stark an die Jamarkt "Lederwaren" Händler aus Dritte-Welt-Ländern erinnert.
Da die beiden Teile mit knapp 100€ kein Schnapper waren, gab ich dem ganzen trotzdem eine Chance.
Beim anbringen vom Griffband dann leider die erste Ernüchterung. Das 3M Klebeband hat kaum Klebekraft, was an sich nicht das Problem wäre, wenn der mitgelieferte Sekundenkleber wenigstens zum Anlegen des Endes seinen Dienst tun würde. Dieser würde warscheinlich nichtmal für anspruchslose Bastellarbeiten taugen und kann ruhigen Gewissens einem 3 Jährigen in die Hände gedrückt werden. Um das Bandende dann vernünftig ankleben zukönnen und die Konstruktion sich selbst "hält", habe ich ein wenig billiges Malerkrepp über das Stück geklebt und gewartet, bis alles fest ist. Nach etwa 30min, zog ich dann das Krepp vorsichtig wieder ab und siehe da....die schöne braune Farbe des "Leders" verabschiedet sich direkt mit und hält sich am Krepp fest.
Für einen uverschämten Preis von 40 Euro so eine Qualität abzuliefern, würde sich warscheinlich nichtmal der nette Herr am Jamarkt-Stand trauen. Hier gibt sich das indische Label alle Mühe, dem vorurteilsbehafteten Ruf asiatischer Qualität alle Ehre zu erweisen.
Für mich wird es bei dem Hersteller keinen zweiten Einkauf geben. Was da abgeliefert wird, gibt einem sehr zu denken. Besonders im Hinblick des Leders und dessen Herkunft/Produktion, hinterlässt das ein extrem unagenehmes Gefühl.

Bought some products on their website. Express shipping didn't ship for a week, but after switching to standard shipping it shipped the same day. Makes you question what express really means for them. One of the products arrived slightly damaged. Leather quality seems to be highly inconsistent depending on part and color, ranging from soft thick and durable to crumbly and thin. My critical review of a product doesn't show up on their website. It seems any review below 3 stars gets discarded automatically.

Overall good leather quality and beautifully fabricated. The brown bag is actually beautiful. Be careful with the black leather version as that option is very creasy and somehow not of same soft quality. Not loving the strap mechanism; you can't fasten them and additional expander bands are absolutely necessary. I think the bottom should be stiffer, as the bag hangs off the sides when just strapped onto the seat (RE classic 350). I ordered through the US - usually there's no tax when shipments final destination is outside the US. I paid an additional 65-70% tax on top of the price. Communication with customer support was slow and got rude responses. I am happy with my product, also got the tank bag. But I am not buying from tripmachine again

Bought Brute boots, developed a decent size depression on the left toe of the boot from gear change in the first couple of weeks of use. Drove around in the city with no abuse or incident.

Wrote to trip machine on whatsapp for help on the issue, was greeted by arrogance and sheer lack of empathy by customer care (care was redundant in the chat). He asked for a 30 sec video of the shoe. I shared, followed up after 24 hours and he replied i met an accident and hence this shoe is severely damaged. Hence no case of quality issues or warranty claims.

Dire Company to deal with!
Purchased the Trip Machine “Wingman” side bags & other items for my 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 based upon they clearly “Advertise it fits” ???, “It doesn’t” there’s so much wrong with the metal back plates manufactured by “MK Design”! & Without customisation which will involve cutting & re drilling, then Re powder coating the complete job, the 2 panels will never fit!
You then contact them multiple times, including sending them 3 videos that you’ve put together showing them evidence, they do not fit, in attempt to resolve this, hoping at least they’ll come up with an amicable solution? Waste of time, it makes no difference you messaging them, they don’t care nor want to help do anything for you! Quick enough to take your money without any intention in to make sure the product they sell does what it’s intended purpose for! If you value your money? Go else where, I should have looked at all the Dire Reviews first, that was my mistake!

Buyer beware, Make sure you check the compatibility with your bike first. I purchased a leather tank strap from @tripmachineco for my Triumph scrambler XE 1200 and it did not fit properly, I had to cut the hole bigger so it would fit the gas cap opening. Additionally, if you plan to get a leather pouch with the strap, be aware it has a significant design issue-it has only one Velcro strap, making it likely to fly off when riding fast; mine did!
Not only their products are shitty, the customer service is even shittier. Stay away from this company!

LOYALITY MEANS NORHING HERE. RETURNED SHOES THE DAY ITSELF THEY ARRIVED BECAUSE OF MY WIDER FEET. UPON GETTING THE RETURN, THEY JUST SILENTLY MAILED ME AND ACCUSED ME OF BURNING THE SHOES. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY, BUT THIS THAT I’M NOT ANGRY & THEY’VE TAUGHT ME A VALUABLE LESSON.

The saddlebags I purchased look nice but are of very low quality. The first time I used the buckles on my bag it broke. Not long after, a buckle on the other bag broke. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send a replacement to me. It has been months and I've followed up multiple times and they still haven't sent a replacement. I think they were just hoping I'd give up or forget about it. Also, the leather is not waterproof at all, not even for light rain as advertised. The stitching on the bags is coming off. Low quality materials, terrible, untrustworthy customer service.

Shocked by all the negative reviews. This company is legit and their products have a rare quality vintage style. Bought their zero riding jacket which has an amazing quality feel to it and is CE AA rated. You just have to accept the delivery time is going to be long given this is a small business somewhere in Delhi, India. My jacket took almost a month to get here in Australia despite being advertised as “delivery within 5-7 days”. However there were no hidden charges, nor have I felt scammed at all, despite what other reviewers may tell you.

I have placed an order on 22.08.2025 and till date I haven't received any positive reply on my order neither the courier receipts, My Order No is 101805.

Trip Machine has a very appealing roster of products for vintage bikers, café racers, bobbers and scramblers. Everything you desire for your old ride. Their Website is great. The visuals, the stories.... all very appealing.
The delivery is relatively fast and you have the option to communicate via Whatsapp.
However the quality is questionable. I bought motorcycle boots. Very slick looking, very comfortable. However now after 5 months and very light use, the stitches at the back are getting loose. For Trip Machine this is normal wear and tear. period. Wow now that is hard to believe. After 3 years of good use perhaps but not after 5 months.

Merchandise seems good quality (ordered a shoe protector). However, it is practically non-returnable due to return address in India. Minimum $30 return postage cost, could be $60 for boots and upwards. “Easy returns” claim not really met.

Bought a pair of expedition bags early August and still not delivered at my place in France. Their shipglobal tracking system says the order has been delivered , but in Germany! I call them almost every day with no result. A scam?

Bought a pair of wingman leather bags for my interceptor 650. The bracket doesn’t fit and makes the panel that the bags are mounted on rub on the frame. No response from customer services. As others have said, very poor customer service service.

Box arrived battered and item was dirty and damaged! Stay clear of these scammers. Tried to get in contact with them but they’ve not been helpful.

I've been waiting for my order for a month and still haven't received anything. The customer service is completely useless. I've tried contacting them every day through WhatsApp and email, but I've gotten no response at all.

This feels like a scam to me. I don't want your product anymore—just give me back my money.

I'm considering reporting this to the police or any other authority that can help me get my money back.

I just hope this company gets shut down to prevent more people from becoming victims.
