I bought a bike store and a shed a few years ago and both have been great. The quality is excellent and the assembly was relatively straightforward. No more yearly shed painting required!!
I am writing this review now as I contacted them recently for some after sales support. Even though my purchase was in 2021, the customer service has been fantastic.
Highly recommended.

The shed is decent quality but assembly is an absolute pig and I am a mechanical engineer by trade. The instructions are black and white and look like they've come straight off the photo copier.

In 2026 there is no excuse not to have Youtube how to guides come on team. Either rewrite the instructions with photographs and the English language or get a how to video filmed!

I can’t rate the service from Trimetals enough. After i mistakenly ordered the wrong item, my own error, a speedy and cost effective resolution was found by Donna and the team. Honestly blown away and will recommend them to anyone after something they offer!

Having previously bought one of the bike stores, I recently also bought a Storeguard.
Both units are incredibly solid, just requiring some perseverance to assemble, but the finished article makes all the effort worth it.

Prompt delivery, easy setup and informative support when needed.

I was disappointed with the 25 year guarantee. I wouldn’t base your purchasing decisions on the idea the panels are maintenance free either. My shed has surface staining which isn’t caused by anything unusual and not covered by the guarantee. Trimetals should be more honest with customers or improve their customer service.

The cost a replacement roof panel was £178.80!

I just wonder how common this is for others.

Our guarantee covers against rust perforation of the panels, so surface staining isn’t something that would be included under the warranty, as the product remains fully functional.

If you’d like, I can arrange a quotation for a replacement lid.

Product looks great and sturdy. The team were very helpful during the purchasing process with answering questions and the installation service was definitely worth it!

The Trimetals bike store is a first-class product — it provides excellent protection from the elements (and from thieves), is reasonably easy to assemble (although an electric screwdriver is a must!), and once assembled looks great and stays looking great. We have three, all about 10 years old, and they look like new, with no rust or evident deterioration of the plastics. Also, in my experience customer service from this company is superb — responsive and helpful.

We bought a Trimetals bike shed on FB Marketplace. It came dismantled for transporting and we were assured by the sellers that all the parts were included. It was only when we were half way through assembling it a few days later that we realised 4 small brackets were missing. I contacted Trimetals and said I would like to buy the missing parts. Georgia could not have been more helpful. She said they would send us the parts free of charge. They arrived and we have now completed constuction of our bike shed. It is a product of high quality and we are delighted with it. Most of all we were very impressed by Trimetals customer service especially as we had purchased their product second hand.

From the initial enquiry I was given helpful and accurate information to choose the right Titan shed for my needs.
The ordering, delivery date,packaging and dispatch were well organised.
The components are well designed and accurately fabricated. The assembled building looks smart and is of high quality and should last a long time. I found construction straightforward, provided one followed the clear instructions and build order. Highly recommended.

We purchased our first Trimetals Shed in 2019, it has been excellent, looks as good as new. We needed more storage so have bought a second one in 2025! Great products, robust and reliable.

I contacted Trimetals Customer Service after a delivery lorry caused major damage to the front of my motorcycle garage. They were sympathetic and very helpful as numerous parts were required. The parts were delivered promptly and each part was thoroughly wrapped to protect it during transit. I have found Trimetals very easy and professional to deal with and can definitely recommend their products.

I am happy with the bike storage shed which I have had for 8 years now. I am especially impressed with the customer service I experienced when I contacted them about obtaining a replacement part.

We bought a shed from Trimetals 27 years ago for my father-in-law, it still stands to this day as fully functional as the day it was erected. Apart from slight fading, which is to be expected after such a time, and open to all the elements I will say that it is as new.

We came across this company at a gardening show and were immediately impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful the team was. Ordering the storage box on the day was quick and easy, and the communication afterwards was excellent — we were kept fully informed about when and how it would be delivered.
The delivery team were just as warm and helpful, making sure to place the box exactly where we needed it. It was a real pleasure dealing with such a professional and friendly group throughout the whole process.
As for the storage box itself — we’re very impressed! The build quality is excellent: strong, sturdy, and clearly made with good materials. We bought it to store our garden furniture cushions, and it easily fits everything we need (with room to spare). It’s already stood up to a couple of heavy downpours and kept everything inside completely dry, which is exactly what we were hoping for.
All in all, we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

The three gentlemen who came to put the shed together for us were extremely helpful and professional, they tidied up after themselves and were extremely polite. Got the job done quicker than we expected. Whole shed was up within a couple of hours.
