Good prices. Good selection. However, I received no communication regarding my purchase. The first thing I heard from the shipper, UNI, was that my order was on its way. That being said, my order from China to Canada arrived in less than 12 days.

Mujy satisfecho con la bicicleta. La atencion por Whatsapp fue excelente y la igualar. Llego en dos envios y desmontada, pero el montaje fue rapido y sin problems. Como sugerencia, avisar esto preiamente o enviar Todo en un solo paquete.

The purchasing process was easy and communication from them very good. Impressed with the quality of the road frame, which appear no different to those of big brands but they come at an affordable price. Study packaging arrived so quickly, I was shocked.

Sadly i cannot in all honesty give this company a passing grade. I purchased their wheelset and X10 carbon frame. After about 1500km of normal light riding i noticed both a local weak spot and delamination in downtube, and a big crack right down the middle of the seattube where the frame was glued left side to right side (the seam is clearly visible and the crack propagates about 5cm right in the middle). I've had no response from the company to my mail but i very much dobut a warranty is possible from what i see online (saying it's due to crash etc.). The frame did come a bit rough out of the box but it's to be expected for the price, however structural issues, thats another thing entirely. Blemishes and light sanding of carbon to make bearings etc. sit smooth i don't mind, issues that can snap the frame while i'm riding at speed that i cannot accept. It's a shame but i wasted 400€

Good website with plenty of useful information and a good product range. Only thing that made it 4 stars instead of 5 was that delivery took a day or two longer than it might have done. With that slight reservation, I'd use again.

Comprei esse garfo ano passado, envio EMS. Demorou uns 20 dias úteis, mas o que enrolou foi a alfândega. O imposto deu US$ 30 - nada de mais, mas já deixa separado. Uso numa bike de carbono 29er. Por ser rígido, transfere bem a força quando pedalo em pé. Acabamento em carbobo UD é sóbrio e até hoje sem arranhão ou bohla. Seis meses de uso e continua firme, sem rangido nem folga. Valeu os US$ 30 de imposto, pelo que entrega.

The measurements were perfect... I also checked the various reviews of the frame on various social media... Everywhere this bike was described very accurately with positive reviews... So I decided to buy it... Even the reviews in my country (Italy) were positive... Now I'm using this Trifox X16 and I've noticed that it's a versatile and responsive bike on undulating paths and uphills, comfortable and ready for any reaction. It makes you understand a precise difference!! That the problem is you and not the bike!! Because you're too fat...!! I highly recommend buying it for the quality; Then, with a price like that, you'll be even more convinced... I'm honestly thinking about buying another one... I'm evaluating an X8TA and X10TA Aero frame just for the pleasure of seeing it in the garage while I use my X16 😀.... Trust me!! Buy directly on the TRIFOX website and you'll save money; at least $100 compared to other sales channels like AliExpress...Thanks Trifox..

I ordered an road frameset on April 2025 which arrived rear derailleur hanger broken and was unusable. It happens. I believe it was mostly the carrier's fault and not that of. Yet, the after-sales service team and Karry in particular were extremely nice and efficient. I received the new rear derailleur hanger in about 7 days.

Great communication from the paiement to the shiping.
The frame was well protected in the box and the quality looks fine.

I ordered X16 Chameleon purple and requested some modification. Trifox is very cooperative and responsive to my questions. They have provided all my requests and even added some freebies

Muy malos los productod. Compre 2 horquillas imposibkes instalar. No coinciden los tornillos de anclaje freno. Tubo direccion no redondo has de lijar carbono para que entre. Fatal dinero tirado. Postventa no responde

I ordered a part from them back in May 2025. I have as of February 2026 not received this part.
Got hold of them once in August and they stated item was on backorder. Never an update or courtesy email. Total ripoff.

the first frame was lost during shipping. After several emails went unanswered, I transferred the matter to PayPal for the purpose of re-processing it. Trifox then responded and sent the frame again. It arrived. A slight price reduction was also agreed upon because all of the trouble I had. That was in mid-2025. Today, after six months and more emails, I haven't received a refund, nor have the emails been answered. I haven't received a reasonable invoice yet. The frame is fine so far, but the processing when problems arise isn't customer-friendly, to put it politely. Deleting the review on the homepage isn't a solution either, or is it Trifox?

Trifox X16 frameset delivered to Australia. Ordered on the 20th September, arrived 4th November so not express post. Frame was well packed and undamaged. First impressions are very positive. paintwork very good and seatpost now has a rough texture where inserted into seat tube, so no slippage. The brake cable guide appeared to be at correct angle into frame and internal finish looked very neat. Early days, but pleased to report local bike shop built up in a day with no problems.

Recibí la horquilla MTB de carbono TMK200 con defectos de pintura, algún que otro roce y muchísima suciedad, pero no me aceptan cambio ni devolución, se limitan a decirme que lo sienten, que la limpie con alcohol, y que me cargan 9$ en mi cuenta para mi próxima compra. No recomiendo el sitio ni la calidad del producto, merece la pena gastar más en un sitio que te ofrezca garantía real.

Avoid Trifox Bikes at all costs! I ordered a fork from them over a month ago, and to date, it still hasn't shipped. Their website continues to show the order status as 'processing,' despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, WhatsApp, and even through PayPal's dispute resolution process. Each and every attempt at communication has been completely ignored.

Trifox Bikes clearly doesn't value customer service, transparency, or basic business ethics. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money—buy your bike components from a reputable supplier instead. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating. Stay far away from this company!

Mi experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria con trifox, los componentes que he pedido son de excelente calidad, son muy ligeros, ergonómicos y estéticos, para mí uso recreativo y el de mis 3 hijos es una excelente forma de hacer más ligeras muestras bicicletas con relación a calidad/precio, los envíos son muy rápidos (9 días) , la comunicación con el equipo de trifox fue excelente, saludos desde San Luis Potosí México...

Estoy muy contento con mi bicicleta trifox, al principio dude en comprar el cuadro pero ya que lo tuve me dí cuenta de la calidad y lo ligero que es, ahora no cambio mi bici por nada ya llevo dos años con ella y espero que sean más, he tenido gratas aventuras con mi trifox, gracias.
