Man muss zwar als Privatperson für die Premium-Version tief in die Tasche greifen, dafür bekommt man einen Cloudanbieter, der integrierter kaum sein könnte. Daten werden bspw. als digitale Festplatte direkt in Windows eingebunden und können da kinderleicht bearbeitet, erstellt und gelöscht werden. Mit Word direkt in die Ordnerstrukturen speichern - gar kein Problem! Außerdem sind die Daten vollständig synchron über alle Geräte, auch übers Handy, ohne Verzögerung vorhanden. Einzig der Upload dauert je nach Filesize etwas, übersteigt bei gutem Internet aber seltenst 30 Sekunden. Dann gibt es noch die Filesharing-Option, die per Link beliebige Ordner und Unterordner zum Herunterladen ermöglicht, ob mit Passwort verschlüsselt oder mit Ablaufdatum. Zusätzlich können mehrere Tresorit-Nutzer an einer Ordnerstruktur arbeiten, auch wenn diese keine Premiumnutzer sind. Top!

I have had a professional subscription for about five years. It costs me around £270 per annum. I use Tresorit as our main backup storage across a small network. We run Linux on nine machines and W10 on one PC.
My experience has been patchy. For weeks everything seems to run smoothly but then there is a glitch affecting at least one machine.
Today, all my Tresorit Drive files vanished. Using the Tresorit webpage, I attempted to open some of these. Instead of doing so Tresorit revealed my Desktop files! Need I say more? I am reviewing the situation....

The customer service simply ignores all requests made to them. You might be have a "professional" subscription but they simply ghost you.

I have been experiencing severe technical issues for the last 6 months and they simply ignored all my tickets despite my multiple attempts to re-initiate communication despite paying several hundred dollars a year.

Für mich die perfekte Alternative zu Dropbox. Wenn man mal rausgefunden hat dass sich unter macOS die Option für die Ordner-Synchronisierung im Finder-Kontextmenü versteckt, funktioniert es einwandfrei und deutlich komfortabler als Dropbox. Auch die iPhone-App läuft ohne Probleme und bringt eine Scan-Funktion mit.

Habe gerade meinen Free Account wieder gelöscht. Als private Cloud völlig unbrauchbar weil quälend langsam. Ich wollte dort wichtige private Fotos speichern, wie Perso, Reisepass etc. Upload funktioniert gut, aber der Download eines einzigen Fotos dauert fast 1 Minute, bei bester Wifi Verbindung.

They deleted my acount after half a year of inactivity; do I need to say more?

I bought 10 business licences and tried to migrate from BoxCryptor/Dropbox set up I had to Tresorit. I never managed a successful migration. I was in touch with their support for 6 weeks trying to solve the issue only to be told every time I asked for an update that their developers were working on our issue. I have now cancelled my subscription wich cost over GBP 1800 and am still waiting for my money back. I would NEVER recommend this product. The level of service was woefully inadequate

Forces you to download desktop app to trial as otherwise there is no way to sign up for free trial without credit card and other details - no other cloud service I tried asked for this. Once I downloaded the app, it continues to install unknown files like Outlook extension even after download without consent. Even after uninstallation there are a significant number of leftover folders and files leftover that cannot be removed without going into the system registry and deleting them individually. For a program supposedly based on privacy and security it feels more like malware than any other competitor I have tried.

bruger tresorit til backup, det har fungeret fint, backup er hurtigt, hvis man skal sende eller hente mange filer så kan det tage lidt tid, men det fungerer, og så er dat i Europa

Wir nutzen Tresorit aufgrund der guten Bewertungen zur Sicherheit. Leider ist die Reaktionszeit inakzeptabel. Wer kein Problem damit hat, mehrere Minuten auf die Anzeige des Ordnerbaums zu warten, ist bei Tresorit richtig. Wer arbeiten will, sollte sich was anderes suchen.

Per il mio uso (personale) trovo il cloud privato ottimo e sicuro. Certo, la capacità della versione gratuita non è eccessiva, ma essendo gratis va più che bene.

Ich habe ein Tresorit Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Ich bin aber nach 5 Monaten so enttäuscht über die Geschwindigkeit, das ich trotz der verbliebenen Laufzeit einen anderen Cloud Speicher gesucht habe.

How can you consider yourself the most secure vault in the world, even if due to politics, you can safely disable all Russian users! You are not reliable, you are exposed to outside influences, storing information with you means taking risks, even with a paid subscription.

I've been with Tresorit since the company's opening. I was on an overseas assignment when Tresorit emailed me that I hadn't used my account in a few months and that they'd delete my account if I didn't sign in soon. But I didn't have access to my email account overseas. Once I re-gained access to my email account, I tried to log in to Tresorit, but the account had already been deleted. My vital files were gone. Nothing I could do about it.

Lesson learned: either buy lifetime subscriptions so I don't have to worry about losing my critical files if I can't log in often enough OR rely on my own set-up. I used Tresorit so infrequently because there are far too many competitors in the market who offer more services--including HIPAA compliance and iron-clad security--for FAR less. I've never had a company delete my files and close my account before.

I’ve been a Premium service subscriber to Tresorit for several years now. If you’re looking for genuinely secure storage (ie with no backdoor) with end-to-end encryption, then there is none better. Fees are currently £60/year (which includes a 25% discount) for 0.5TB and as far as I’m concerned it’s worth every penny.

I access my cloud storage several times daily, usually from the iOS app. I find it easy to navigate. Scan, upload, download and share features are all good and the support team are always fast and helpful. I have occasionally made feature requests which have always been moved forward by the development team.

Overall, for me, the service deserves 5 stars.

I have been using Tresorit for more than a year and I am very happy with it. It's correct to say that it is more expensive than its competitor, but I think the price is right and very much worth it for the service, security and the peace of mind it provides.

Having used Tresorit for some time I can wholeheartedly say I DO NOT recommend it. It's functionality is spotty, at the best of times, and the overall functioning of the sharing portion is extremely frustrating and un-user friendly. The security portion of the product DOES NOT justify the cost and headaches. I'll just sacrifice privacy for functionality and use another more reliable service, an unfortunate hallmark of our times.

Har anvendt Tresorit i forbindelse med en enkelt arbejdsopgave.
Siden da har jeg haft IT inde over at få slettet det fra mit system da jeg får opdateringer og påmindelser i et væk. IT har også givet op nu - de har slettet alle de steder programmer skal slettes men systemet spøger stadig.
På baggrund af min oplevelse vil jeg altid råde kolleger til at undgå Tresorit. Der er alligevel andre systemer der gør det samme/bedre.

Excellent product. Some of the lower rated reviews indicates to me that the purchaser did not understand what they were buying. I have a multi device professional plan crossing multiple platforms (including server 2019). Performance is slower than OneDrive or similar, but then my data is going to Switzerland so should I really be surprised?

The app has been bulletproof, the website has been excellent, and support, when I've needed it, has been exemplary.

This product is expensive. It isn't an alternative to the mainstream products like OneDrive. But if you need a zero knowledge cloud storage solution, you absolutely get what you pay for.

I have been with this company for my secured cloud document storage and just love it, functions extremely well, they are always innovating.
