We recently booked our trip to New York with Chris at Travel Unravel, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Chris made planning our holiday simple and stress-free.
Every detail from flights to accommodation was handled seamlessly especially when Chris had to reschedule our flights due to air lingus cancelling our flights.

When booking my flight via Kane at Travel Unravel by recomending an alternative flight path with a different Airline it would save me £200 and still able to fly early Feb with only a 1 hour stop over instead of 4hours therfore i was very grateful so I will certainly be using this company again and Kanes recommendations great service John R.MacColl

He was responsive, proactive, followed up with me after the call on two separate occasions, sorted an issue with seats and suggested alternatives that were better for me. I was speaking to Dean to book my flights. Dean was amazing. He was patience with me when I couldn't hear him and when my baby was crying in thr background. He looked at flights for me and even finding me a better deal. Dean always reassure me what he is doing updating me as an when. He walked me through the booking and make it so easy. During this difficult time and flights booked to Auckland via Doha being cancelled. Roger has been exceptional in his help in getting us alternative flights to Auckland. We were going to visit our daughter who is expecting her first baby which meant we could not postpone the flight . Roger found us an excellent alternative flight at a competitive price. He contacted us several times during the day by phone and email to ensure that all details were correct. I felt very reassured with his care and professionalism during the whole process. This is the second time I have booked a flight with Roger and won’t hesitate to do so again.
