I normally book all my holidays online without the use of a travel agent - I may have just changed my mind. Planning a trip to Sri Lanka and Maldives for next year was a total pleasure with Shaye. After she collected all our likes and dislikes she compiled a trip of a lifetime catering for all the changes we asked for with speed and efficiency and maintaining a budget. What I really liked is that we have an itinerary that includes activities we would never have considered doing and in places a little less well known, especially in Sri Lanka.
Shaye was responsive, knowledgable and we're both looking forward to what I'm sure will be a most memorable trip,

Lodges were all lovely but by far the favourite was Singita Ebony. The best place I’ve ever stayed at. Pathways lit by hundreds of hand lit oil lamps! Impeccable service.
Motswiri lodge in Madikwe reserve had the most wonderful food and a watering hole that we loved. 15 elephants there on one occasion.
Animal sightings were wonderful, dogs eating an impala when hyenas turn up and fight for the carcass, hyena suckling 2 babies, lion cubs eating wilder beast carcass, another different pride suckling 4 month old cubs and the most exciting of all being charged by a 3 ton rhino.. 100 yards truck in reverse, then a quick turn and it still charged another 100 yards as we drove forwards. Not one photo of that we were hanging on for dear life!!
The tree house (Ngala) was a lovely finale especially as it was our 50 th anniversary. Got there just in time for sunset . Too cold and damp to sleep on the top but we were cosy on level 3 with electric blankets! Thought the structure was part of a tree but there’s no tree involved. It’s just a structure amongst the trees. The isolation was lovely being 15 minutes from the lodge (Ngala Tree House)

Marie from travel nation put our trip together from start to finish . It was absolutely amazing . Marie kept in contact from the time we booked until the time we went she was amazing .
Sanfransico was our first stop with 2 trips organised by her (golden gate bridge & alcatraz)both were fab
A stop over in Tahiti then on to morea which was fab .
Final destination bora bora it was insane from the scenery from the air to the welcom we got at la pearl bora bora . Hotel was incredible couldn't have picked a better one .
Were now sad to be back but hopefully one day we will return .

Very well organised. All trip details clear on the Travel Nation app, flights, accommodation, directions, itinerary, places of interest, vouchers etc.

We made a last minute booking to Ecuador and Galapagos for our Journey from the UK to New Zealand.
Grainne and the rest of the team at Travel Nation made everything so easy, organising the flights, finding hotels, arranging for guides and drivers, arranging day trips and providing access to a local agent in Ecuador to assist us whilst there, all from only a few minutes on the phone.
The service was outstanding. When last minute glitches hit (which were totally out of the control of Travel Nation) they sprang to action and very quickly found good alternatives.
All in all it was an amazing service and an amazing trip.

Jim was amazing in helping us throughout our trip! It was so lovely to have all the stress taken away from us, and such a relief to know you have someone in your corner if anything was to go wrong. Highly recommend travel nation :)

Using the travel Nations App holding all round our the world trip info in one place was a dream. Made the journeys connection easy.

Just returned from a Canada trip organised by Nikki Clarke at Travel Nation. Great suggestions / organisation of hotels and activities and Nikki has great insights about all the options of things to see and do. The TN app is also really good and very user friendly. We also had a really good experience when TN organised our trip to Australia a couple of years ago. So if you need help to plan a holiday, give Nikki a call.

Natalie has been brilliant helping us to arrange our 6 week round the world trip. She has been so patient, even when we decided to bring our trip forward by 6 months. Her knowledge is excellent and she made some great suggestions when putting our itinerary together. Communication throughout have been clear and concise. Travel Nation have always given first class service from start to finish. All the staff are quick to respond to enquiries and if needed, adapt requests wherever possible. Documentation is easily accessible and easy to understand. We have experienced exceptional out of hours service when we needed support following flight cancellations. We only wish we had found them sooner.

Scott from Travel Nation helped plan our trip to Mauritius from start to finish. After listening intently to our preferences he put together an itinerary for us - which, after working with us was absolutely perfect. The hotels he booked were top class and met all our expectations. The app provided was great help, and everything (transfers/car hire etc) booked was delivered as expected. Mark at Travel Nation provided us with an exceptional service. Getting 25 people from the UK to Dubai for an International 7s event. He understood the requirements and got us the best deal out there. Even more impressive was the fact we had multiple different return dates and had to make changes leading up to departure. If you have a large group and need quality service I can not recommend Mark and Travel Nation highly enough.

When offered the opportunity to visit Japan and take the family I was a bit overwhelmed with what to see, where to stay and how to organise it all.

Gray at Travel Nation was fabulous, planning the whole visit for us, starting from an initial conversation on when, how long for and on what budget, through to the final itinerary, always happy to chat through options, discuss concerns and help advise on any issues.

When we got all the final travel information packs through, a few weeks before departure, everything was clear, with detailed maps on how to get to each hotel from the nearest station and all the info we needed. The full itinerary set out for each day and lots of bonus information. All train tickets were ready at our first hotel along with a portable wifi device.

All the planning handled by Gray and Travel Nation, meant I could spend the time relaxing and enjoying the holiday and not worrying about the next step in the journey.

I run diving trips and use Travel Nation to arrange my group flights, usually 10-20 people to a far flung corner of the Pacific. This removes the hassle for the individual group members but leaves me knowing what people are doing and when, too easy! (I'm not sure Andrea would concur though, lol).
