From the moment we stepped over the threshold Courtney and Chloë were welcoming, helpful, cheerful and professional. Service was swift and courteous, taking our needs and requests into consideration. They listened to us, asked some questions/made minor suggestions but ultimately followed our lead.
Their manner is perfect for a travel agents. Gems, both of them. My friend and I can’t wait to fly off to Argentina in the autumn now.

I had a good experience but training is needed on group bookings because I was told I had to self book in 24 hours before hand, which did not seem to be the case. I found Heathrow overwhelming so I could have done with a good explanation on what to do there that did not use jargon
