Travel House - Merthyr Omdömen

Out travel consultant Sophie made this booking as great experience. She gave us a range of options based on our outline plan which involved flights from two different locations, 3 destinations and train journeys between.
She was knowledgeable, informative and answered all questions with ease. It was an easy decision to book as Sophie had done all the hard work for us. Can't wait for this holiday, and will definitely request Sophie's support for our next booking too.

Every time I book a holiday I’ve always gone there the staff are brilliant and can’t do enough to help you in every way. I’ve just booked Iceland and it was so easy I can just sit back and relax all the hard work was done for me

Went to Jamie at the travel house to book excursions for an upcoming holiday and then ended up also booking another holiday the day later, amazing help and everything was so smooth running and stress free. Thank you travel house for a easy experience

Friendly helpful staff nothing was to much trouble for them

Friendly, helpful, found us a holiday in minutes, then got us seats, our boarding passes, checked our transfers and booked our parking. Have used them previously and will use them again.

Excellent service from Justin in Merthyr. Prompt and efficient exactly how it should be. Very impressed and will definitely use your services in the future

This is the first holiday my wife and I have booked since 2017, following a very difficult time with my health and recently undergoing a double lung transplant. From the very beginning, Jamie treated us with such kindness, care, and respect. He made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process, never once pushing us, but instead empowering us to make the choices that felt right for us. His patience, professionalism, and genuine support turned what could have been a daunting experience into something truly exciting and positive.

We are so grateful for Jamie’s outstanding customer service and the way he looked after us. He has made this holiday feel even more special, and we cannot thank him enough.

Excellent service

I've used TravelHouse in Merthyr Tydfil twice for booking Package Holiday.
Even travelled to Merthyr specifically to book through Travel House (rather than online.)
Chris & Justin Exceed Excellent Customer Service - Very Professional, always so Happy and More than Helpful, in All respects.. Go More than the Extra mile, nothing is to much to ask, before, during and after holiday..
All staff in TravelHouse Merthyr I cannot Rate Highly Enough, their Holidays are Excellent Value, whether wanting just B&B, All Inclusive, Luxury..

Very helpful, friendly, and informative. Chris Allen, the agent we spoke to, was absolutely brilliant.

They are so friendly and helpful

we always use these because they always do their best to assist you when booking.

Very friendly and efficient staff, found exactly what we was looking for

I had a package holiday booked with a different company & due to lack of numbers it was cancelled. Went to Travel House Merthyr on a friend’s recommendation.
They were brilliant! No appointment, just walked in & was seen immediately. There was no upselling nor a hint of bullying, actually the opposite. Everyone was lovely but Chris was so patient & friendly. He listened, yes made suggestions but they were always with the open mindset to save money & an easier way to do something. I walked away happy with the perfect trip, cheaper than my previous trip but with a higher or identical specification. Take the stress out of organising a holiday and go here.
