I wanted to book tickets for holiday. I called Travango because I have used their service before. I had a good experience again. The agent Stacy was very helpful and polite. She provided good services in friendly manner. She knows how to deal with customers. She helped me to book tickets which are economical and on my given dates. It was a great experience again.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. A whole bunch of scamy people that’s got nothing better to do with their lives then to steal money from people that actually work hard for their money.

Booked a trip for me and my partner back in January with the advert saying that it was all included with flights and hotel. The lady on the phone (Krishna) then told me that I needed to pay an extra fee even though I did not change anything about my trip. I then sent a really nice email saying that I don’t think it’s fair that I’ve got a pay extra when it was stated that it was included. Is there any chance of a refund. But strangely enough, I then didn’t get hold of them for a few weeks. I tried multiple emails to different addresses, explain the situation and how I needed to get it sorted before my trip to know whether or not I’m taking my trip or not. I tried calling the number but it never went through and every time they told me to leave a voicemail. No one got back to me. It was like the whole company knew my name and knew not to respond.

After my expected date to leave for my trip really enough I don’t finally got a response saying that I’m not eligible for a refund now because the trip already happened. There’s so much more I can add to the story, but there’s just too much, but Krishna is extremely incompetent member of the staff ignoring my emails, not reading my actual emails that she was responding to an every time I asked to speak to her management, she will just ignore it. I tried to tell her when I was abroad that I can’t phone her and she said that there’s nothing she can do because she can’t phone me so then proceeded to ignore me. I had to make a new email address and email back making out like I’m someone out of a different question just to get a response. What a rubbish way to run a company.

It’s now May and I’m still fighting for a refund. They love to put the blame on other people when I have been advised and been told by Wowcher themselves that it’s down to these people to sort out this issue.

This isn’t the first time they scam people as well I’ve read through the other reviews.

Scummy scummy company. Filled with rude and incompetent people.

Would never recommend speaking, or having any form of relationship with this company as soon as they see a chance that they can scam you they take that chance. Ignore you and take your money.

Hope people can learn from my mistake, but don’t worry I’ll get my refund
