Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. They plagiarized me assignment twice from Chegg.com and giving me run around for refunds. “Our solution team is checking on it”is what they say

Really bad and don't met the assignment requirements when I mentioned the review solution they are asking more money. Very unprofessional .Don't go waste of money.

Transtutors your team and experts have so much potential to give the best services and you have always met my expectations in terms of assignments.

Horrible experience. They were so fake with their work. they had not give me discount which they had told me that i will get it. They had not keep their promise fulfilled.

I had a very bad experience with Transtutors. They have not submitted my assignment on time and that was also not a plagfree assignment.

Deplorable customer service and false advertising. My subscription indicated I would receive three free premium answers. However, when I went to use one, they quoted me $75.00, and I had a whole $20.00 in my wallet to use towards it. Nobody reached out to me when I sent an inquiry. I am upset that I paid for an entire month and have received no benefit. This company does not have a cancellation policy, so please only pay for a month if you want to try them. The solved problems are inferior quality as well. Do not sign up for this site. It is a scam. I switched to Chegg for help, and now the "solutions" also have explanations.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've had a few problems using them for only a month and not a single one could be resolved by there customer service and eventually they just stop replying. I only used them over Chegg because I got a promo code so that they were cheaper. But anyone willing to pay $20/month to these guys over $15/month for Chegg is doing themselves a disfavor.

Frauds- Scam- Uneducated- Digital thief.
Supposed to deliver the solution in 2-3 hours but no solution was provided for 23 days and held my money for no reason. Cheated in the name of a refund, took 7 days for so call rubbish quality expert check then submitted their own version of the solution which is not appropriate for the question.
Customer service is something you want to give 1000 slaps for free. On top of it, they want me to break a law to prove the answer which they didn't provide was not submitted. They can't write a single sentence without making 5 mistakes.
50% excellent review bought by them and 49% bad review- well no one will give bad reviews by this amount if they're really not a fraud or a thief! watch out they will take your money without any service. Only spend your money if you want to get harassed by them, they are indeed excellent at it. Without a doubt.

This website has scammed me my money and closed my account and they are assuming my messsages. this has been even after raising my concerns to them, on the issues I have been facing. The staffs there are just inconsiderate about the welfare and concerns of their writers.

Transtutors has amazing experienced tutors who all are well versed in their subjects and try to assist students at their ease, which is pretty good for students too. It also offers full refund policy which makes it reliable than other websites.

Transtutors genuinely helped me in my number of assignments. I'm in touch with one of the
representatives. He made me to believe on their services and also introduced me with Refer & Earn program, through which I earned enough amount to get my all assignment done within it.

I would never recommend these guys. I have given my work with a deadline and has been charged accordingly but never received a report/solution back by the deadline. The customer service keeps copy pasting the answers. The tutor and managers assigned never reply on chats. End of it they have advised tutor had medical emergency and has got well within 4hours and need further extension to send. Never would recommend them and the customer service answer is that tutor is working hard though he has medical issues and not backing out but he would just not reply on chat!
Continuation I have got my report after deadline and hours of chat with customer service. I have got a report that is just the opposite and now they cant address what is being asked. Next wonderful thing, they have a quality check review that may take around 6-8 hours but until they have advised that the answer is as per requirement! Great right! Please do not reach for help on this website!
Quick Update again: just got a call from customer service agent who has advised that the company is reputed and things happen like this not their fault but tutor who could not deliver it. The agent wanted me to take further extension so that they can give the report in another 12hours and will be refunding me to take down this review if not provided within that time frame. Hope to get my report this time. And finally could not deliver and they have cancelled the order. The response for refund was they are doing a quality check as in why refund should be generated. The process that they have advised me is after they send your work they will then do quality check and not before they send out the result. BE AWARE OF THIS SITE!

Well, it's not a scam company, but you don't get much for a membership. Most math and physics questions don't have a solution so you will have to wait for one, which takes time and cost a substantial amount of extra money.

i had a good experience with transtutors. these guys responded fairly quickly. i submitted my topics i needed help with. their input on those topics was quite helpful for me.

I have a really good experience with transtutor, i was stuck with my project of accounting when I contacted, the tutor immediately responded and helped me.

They took my money for answering 6 questions, Their so-called "tutor" just answered two of them and they didn't refund. Unreliable service, be carefull!
