Dear valued customer,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering your 500-pound hot water tank.
We understand the frustration that comes with unmet expectations, especially when dealing with multiple parties. Your feedback about the communication challenges between Gledhill and Arrow Delivery has been duly noted. We have taken steps to address this issue by reaching out to both parties involved.
Upon investigation, we discovered that Arrow Delivery attempted to deliver the cylinder to your specified address yesterday but was unable to reach you directly. We have since been in contact with the management teams at both Gledhill and Arrow to swiftly resolve the situation. Arrow Delivery has indicated the need to liaise directly with you to schedule a suitable delivery time or determine a safe location for the cylinder.
Please rest assured that we take your review and complaint seriously. We are fully committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. We will continue working diligently to ensure that your delivery is completed promptly, with minimal further inconvenience to you.
We apologize once again for any inconvenience this delay has caused you. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

Hi Martin,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the delay in your delivery. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Regrettably, the delivery of these goods is handled by the manufacturer, a measure taken to ensure a safe journey and minimize damages during transportation. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we faced an unexpected driver shortage on the originally anticipated day of delivery.
We understand the importance of timely communication, and we acknowledge that there were shortcomings in keeping you informed about the delay. We're actively working on improving our communication processes to prevent such issues in the future.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to enhancing our service based on it. If there's anything specific you'd like to address or if you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to learn from your experience.
Thank you for your understanding.
